This is a great little hotel in a great location. The staff are superb, each and everyone could not be more helpful and cheery, a great service culture. The room is spotless, bathroom with bath for camino walkers, twin beds, basic but comfortable. Great service. Recommended.

I do not understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel. The hotel is located at the centre of the town. You can walk to anywhere. There is free car park. The room is big, clean and comfortable. There is cable tv. The bathroom is sufficient. Breakfast is enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful about everything. For budget and quality wise, this is a great match for solo business travellers like me.

Large, slightly impersonal hotel located in the new part of Santarem. Correct staff. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. the best thing was the really abundant and varied breakfast, buffet type. Possible to park in front of the hotel.

I can't comment, just advise against it for anyone looking for a stay with hygiene and well-being, however, the location is great. The only positive thing. The price is exaggerated for a hotel that offers almost nothing, just a room for those who have no alternative to staying without a place to sleep.

Bad service, bad bed quality, I asked for a room at the back and they gave it to the front and they even had the nerve to say there was no other hotel in the other Lara in the city and I made the reservation 3 months or 3 months in advance. It's not an answer to give... Weak breakfast I almost had to beg... Never again

From the outside it looks promising; for being a three star, it turns out to be a hostel. Camp bed, very basic furnishings. Service and hospitality non-existent. Santarem, then, offers very little... I recommend staying elsewhere.

Another stay, another disappointment, it was a long time ago since the last stay that I thought they could only have improved, until once it was positive. When booking, I asked for a room other than those facing the avenue... first failure! The television didn't work, the carpet has seen better days, the mixer tap in the bathtub must be from the 80s, zero soundproofing, both from the street and from neighboring rooms, internet with poor coverage, not to say zero, even at reception. This is it, I won't go back.

The hotel's greatest asset was its location, as it is right next to the Santarém District Hospital and I can get there on foot in less than 5 minutes.
