Terrible service, I felt better cared for in the patio than at the reception. The workers secretly receive cash. The food is not good at all. This hotel is too small and cramped, it looks more like a rental house. I recommend it if you are only going to go to sleep.

The location of the Hotel, the breakfast little variety, but the best thing about the hotel is the employees and especially the receptionist Beatriz (she will help you with everything,) I had a misunderstanding with the hotel and it was she who, as a great professional, solved it and helped us a lot . I hope that the hotel values the professionalism of this beautiful person

Es un hotel muy céntrico que permite moverse a pie por el casco histórico de Santiago de Cuba. La instalación agradable y acogedora con vistas hermosas a la ciudad de Santiago. Habitaciones siempre limpias con cambio diario y gentileza en el trato de camareras y todo el personal. Excelente trato en el restaurante que nos complacieron en la medida de las posibilidades. Mis colegas de trabajo y yo nos vamos complacidos.

La maitre nos ayudó especialmente. Y nos hizo la estancia agradable con sus indicaciones. Las habitaciones muy limpias y amplias. Buena ubicación y la atención en general muy buena. Quizá podría ser un poco abundante y variado el desayuno.
