The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

Vitacura
The hotel breakfast is rare and rich, that is, omellete has no vegetables. But there are wolfberry and various dried fruits, and the fried eggs are also very nice. The room on the east side can see the snow-capped mountains. Although the opposite building is blocked a little, the overall service is great. Communication with the front desk, but also delayed to two o'clock check-out. You can store your luggage, it is a bit far from the airport, and you use more than 200 soft sister coins to take a taxi.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Santiago. The hotel seems to be brand new with some of it still under construction and not quite all the way operating yet (huge empty racks for a wine collection, no bar, restaurant not always open). The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. The room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful with servers and menu choices rather than a buffet. The location seemed a little ify - our first night there we walked many blocks in search of an open restaurant since the hotel restaurant didn't open until 7 and we were hungry. The only thing we could find was a Chinese restaurant on the corner in the midst of all the street vendors. Side note - just down the street there is a fabulous restaurant called Chilenazo but it seemed to only be open for lunch. As mentioned by another reviewer, finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. It's located on the 3rd floor of a building that has stores and a gym on the first two floors and there is no signage. The best entrance is on Romero Street around the corner from the actual address.

I want start by saying this hotel is beautiful and is worth visiting for the rooftop bar and the chic style. I quarantined here for 5 days in April. The rooms were clean and food was mostly good. The staff wasn’t very welcoming at first. I was exhausted and overwhelmed with everything that was going on with the pandemic. You would think they would be kind and try to get you into a room. I had a paid reservation here for at least 5 hours before I arrived. This was a last minute thing for every traveller that day. The staff member on duty waited about 3 hours to finally assign us a room. The excuse was that the reservation didn’t come through yet, which made no sense. I see people going through the same thing as us checked in already. I didn’t understand the concept of making a paying customer wait in the lobby for hours. He should have checked us right in and took care of it then, everyone would have been happy. At check out I gave my cc details once again and they handed me my deposit back. Later on that week everyday Im getting emails from the same staff member claiming it wasn’t paid. I had no idea what was going on. I also sent them a bank transfer after the fact since there cc machine wasn’t taking our credit cards. Which wasn’t our fault! They need to communicate better and accommodate guests better.

At the beginning of March 2022, my husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights and everything was excellent! They gave us an upgrade to a room that was huge, super quiet and had a spectacular bed (room 413), very comfortable and large (my husband is tall! lol). We really enjoyed the common areas, such as the pool, jacuzzi (which has a beautiful view of the city) and sauna. All the staff were very kind and helpful! In fact, one day when it was very hot and we spent the whole day walking around the city, we were pleasantly surprised to return to our room and find that it was already set up with air conditioning by the housekeeping team. The location is great! We did everything on foot and by subway because of this ease and because it is an area where we felt super safe. I highly recommend it! The only point of alignment of expectations is the breakfast, it is American style and not buffet, so with more limited options, but even so it had everything we considered ”essential”, so in fact it is not a bad point, just an alignment of expectations. It did not affect our impression of the stay at the hotel at all and we would definitely return.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
