Terrific staff, very friendly and spoke English, which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a number of options. Rooms are very clean and the hotel is in a great safe area for a variety of dining options. We stayed for three nights and we would highly recommend.

Great little hotel, we stayed 3 nights after arriving in South America. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and we had a nice comfortable room with large doors and a Juliet balcony bit of street noise in day but quiet at night. Good Chilean type breakfast with scrambled eggs brought to you. The hotel is a 30-35 minute walk into Plaza de Armas which was a bit much in the 32°c heat but Uber is cheap by Europe prices so no issue. Would stay again.

Excelente Hotel Boutique, muy linda decoración, bien ubicado al lado de museo taller y al frente de la peluquería Francesa. Piezas limpias y lindas y desayuno completo. El personal muy servicial y educado. 100% recomendado volvería sin dudarlo.

Hotel muito aconchegante. Recepção foi muito atenciosa, instalações bem limpas. Quarto com aquecedor e banheiro bem quentinho. Água, suco e café à vontade o dia todo próximo à recepção. Agradecemos especialmente ao Juan pelo atendimento.
