The reception staffs really need to be re-trained to be more friendly in their behaviour to foreigners.
To me, they seems to be to "aloof" to be in the hospitality business.

The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient.
The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels.
I helped store my luggage for 2 days. Thank you very much.

The hotel is always correct in every way. The problem is the booking platform. They canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrive at the hotel and they inform me that the reservation was cancelled. Luckily, the hotel staff is friendly and aware of the situation and respected the reservation as it was made. I would hesitate to make another family reservation on trip.com
