A little oasis, helpful owner and staff, beautiful swimming pool, even helped me clean my hire car. The security lady was especially helpful and shared her love of the Beatles. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and wandering in their garden with lots of surprises including a train! We had a lovely balcony

Couldn't sleep well. The noise and vibration heard is unacceptable. The air conditioners are old and vibrate vigorously. That vibration is heard and felt in the neighboring rooms. In my case, my neighbor had it all night on and I had to sleep with the vibration of such motor in my head all night. Unacceptable. I couldn't rest at all. The receptionist didn't give any solutions.

The hotel is very run down, old rooms, doors that don't close properly. Curiously, the restaurant that is good is separate from the hotel, the service is good. Very nice garden but hotel needs a major upgrade. Furthermore, breakfast is not included and one must have it at the restaurant next door.

El hotel súper cómodo, silencioso, no se escuchan ruidos de la ciudad dado a que está, en plena ciudad, pero en una calle muy tranquila junto con el hotel que parece estar dentro de un campo muy pintoresco. El hotel está muy cercano a pubs y restoranes en la calle Vitacura. La pieza súper cómoda, incluso tienen una terraza mediana con una mesa y un cenicero para los fumadores, todo perfecto! y no es un hotel caro. En su interior está el restoran Áurea, cocina de autor, MUY bueno! Muy lindo hotel boutique!
