Akla Suites Con Jacuzzi Santillana

Bad experience. I booked the room with breakfast included. Breakfast is already in the room when you arrive. There's a coffee maker that, when we put the tablet in, started leaking water and coffee grounds, staining everything. Even though I cleaned it, there was no way to get it to work, so we couldn't even have a coffee. I decided to contact the girl who texted us on WhatsApp so we could check in online, but she didn't pick up the phone, answer our messages, or even come to the room to change the coffee maker. Coffee is the least of it; you go out and get one in a bar. The problem is that there's no customer service. There are two contact numbers, and they don't answer either one. I texted WhatsApp numbers, which they read, but didn't answer. The room is large, but the bathroom and shower are very small. The jacuzzi is large enough for two people, but it's built into the wall, making it very difficult to access. Very poor value for money.

The stay was unsatisfactory. 1. Soft mattresses. 2. Smelly jacuzzi. 3. Broken coffee maker. 4. The room has no soundproofing; you can hear everything from the street and other rooms. 5. Broken exterior shutters, so ventilation is impossible and they cannot be closed, so you can hear everything. 6. The bathroom door is very difficult to close. 7. The opening system could be improved. 8. Ants in the room. For all the above, I think it's shameful that they charge that price considering the facilities and services offered.

Habitación llena de hormigas. Una ventana a un patio de luces sucio y donde colgaban unas bragas o de repente unos calzoncillos por lo que te pueden ver perfectamente si estás en la habitación y otra a una calle estrecha. El reloj de la Colegiata se oye mucho. El jacuzzi encajado entre 2 paredes. Se oye al resto de los huéspedes. La responsable (Ana) no te coge el móvil. Las escaleras de acceso son muy difíciles de subir, no creo que den permiso al edificio para explotarlo como hotel porque no reúne las condiciones mínimas. Desayuno muy mal, la cafetera no funcionaba y no pudimos desayunar , la encargada no contesta nunca. NO PERMITE RESEÑAS EN GOOGLE Y ESO DICE LO SUFICIENTE Muy caro para el servicio que dan

Me llevo mi pareja de sorpresa para mi cumpleaños, y fue una sorpresa increíble! Alojamiento recomendable al 100%! Tremendamente bien ubicado, la habitación increíble, y el servicio, para no haber visto a nadie, muy profesional! Habitación limpia, cuidada y muy acojedora!
