Great hotel. Center of the city. Brand new. Guessing because hotelnis so new not everything was working as expected. But overall staff was greaaat. Food was a bit overpriced. Maybe also need to have the pool heated.😆😆 it was a lil cold on that rooftop in December.

We highly recommend this hotel. PROS: Our room was large, with a partial city view. The beds were very comfortable. The service was top notch. The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. In particular, the gentleman at the front desk and the bellman/assistant, who were there in the evenings (including on New Year's Eve), were friendly and very helpful. We asked for recommendations for a hike and when we came back from dinner they had researched hikes, had called the parks and determined that the parks would be closed on NY Day. With that in mind, they had printed out information regarding two beach club restaurants at a recommended beach. In addition, we had dinner at the restaurant on NYE and had warm and friendly service from two staff members. The rooftop pool was very nice, with a beautiful view and a lifeguard. On NYE, there was a rooftop party with a DJ. The hotel handed out hats, noisemakers and grapes (a tradition). It was a great way to ring in the new year. The location is good -- about 15 minutes from Zona Colonial. We ate at a couple of good restaurants in the walkable neighborhood, including Cafe Luca, which was on the ground floor and was a highlight. CONS: The view from our room was partially blocked by a wall. The rainfall showerhead was missing several nozzles, and the water did not all come down in a vertical direction, which was surprisingly inconvenient/uncomfortable. Pool closes early, at 6 pm.
