Free parking, smooth check-in, a different experience in a cave hotel, clean and spacious, I checked out early on the last day, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, and the service is considerate and meticulous!

So this is a cute concept, but if nice cold air conditioning is a priority then keep searching. At home we like a cool 72F, but here the first room was set to 16C(60F).It never got cooler than 80F. They've got a ceiling fan near the entrance, but it did little to cool things enough to sleep. Just laying on top of the sheets we were Sweating. The young man who said he was the receptionist couldn't do anything to fix it. No maintenance staff. The next day they offered to move us but it didn't help much. So you're gonna love this next part. The free breakfast was delivered by some outsourced company. We asked for it to be here by 8:30 because our tour guide was coming at 9:30, guess what? Breakfast arrived in boxes at 9:30. The driver was kind enough to wait while we inhaled it. Next, you should plan on renting a car because anything worthwhile is at least a 15-20 drive which by taxi is 30 euros each way. The better restaurants are that far away. If you do decide to rent a car you better be used to driving on roads made for 1 donkey and a kart. Once again, never again.

Firstly.. When you hear Santorini, you think of the Caldera Cliffs and OIA. We’ll let me tell you, that it’s highly overrated and not worth it. Victoria Caves is in the area of Santorini that’s central to everywhere within 15-30 mins by car. For the other reviews of the Victoria Caves that says it’s close to supermarket by foot and eateries by foot? It is if you’re trying to waste your vacation on walking and dodging cars from hitting you, then by all means, do it. But you need a car here. The good thing is that if you stay here, there’s Free Parking in front. We arrived at night and the staff was great. He helped us with info on the island and helped us bring our luggages into the room. The room was great! My wife and I felt instantly at home. There were a few hiccups here and there, but they attended to them quickly. Tips staying here: Housekeeping is available everyday and you need to let them know. There is an iron board in the room, but you need to request for it when you need it. That’s it! This place was amazing and we’d definitely come back! Shout outs to the 2 guys that helped us out during the night and day shifts. They are Rockstars! If you are debating if you want to stay here? It’s a must!

This was the first time me and my boyfriend had been to Santorini and we absolutely fell in love with the place! Our stay at Victoria Caves was absolutely amazing and couldn’t thank them enough for having us. The service we received from the moment we arrived to the second we left was just perfect. The rooms are incredible with a perfect style to them, the terrace pools are beautiful and clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, especially if you are wanting to travel around the island as Victoria Caves is very central. Very quiet and peaceful area which was lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone who is wanting a relaxed get away. We LOVED our stay here and can not wait to return.

Location- a little village about 10 minutes outside of Thira. We hired a quad bike and it was the perfect way to get around the island. There is a lovely supermarket (which the most adorable stray dogs often relaxing near by), a gorgeous bakery, a pizzeria etc all about 5 minutes by car 15/20 min walk from the accommodation. It’s pretty central in the island so it’s really handy to get to everything. Oia about 30 minutes away, Kamari beach about 10 minutes away, lost Atlantis museum about 15 minutes away, Akrotiri 25 minutes away (must see! Greeces ‘Pompeii’) Accommodation- We stayed in room 5. The plunge pool and outdoor space was perfect we spent so much time out there relaxing. Everything was fresh and clean as you’d expect with the accommodation being so new. The bed was comfy, towels and bed linen clean, an nespresso machine and fridge were in the room and a GOOD hair dryer was too. Pool towels were provided and a selection of white company toiletries were also provided. The only thing they could improve was that these were TINY and they didn’t get replaced daily like they usually do in hotels so we ended up running out of shower gel. An ironing board was in the room and we just asked reception when we needed an iron which they quickly brought to us. They use WhatsApp if you need anything and this is also how we ordered our daily breakfast. This was a super easy process and they were prompt at replying. One thing we did notice was that the only mirror was in the bathroom so it would have been handy to have a floor length one somewhere but it obviously isn’t a deal breaker. The AC worked well and the cave rooms are tastefully done. We did notice a few ants when we first got there which I think is to be expected but I sprayed the unit with insect repellent and this wasn’t an issue after this. Breakfast- The breakfast menu was good. The portion sizes were good and it came with a bread roll, a pastry and fresh orange juice. I do think perhaps changing the bread roll for some fruit for example may have been nice as we didn’t eat any of the bread after having the pastry. Due to being pregnant I couldn’t have a lot of what was on the menu due to it containing eggs and feta but my partner said it was all delicious. I ate the Greek yoghurt which was so tasty! There wasn’t any decaf coffee for the nespresso which meant I didn’t have a coffee all week so it would have been nice to have been able to have the option of adding this in for breakfast. Late checkout- we requested late check out which originally they asked for €109 and we paid €90.. a bit steep for a late checkout but we had no choice as we didn’t fly until 18:55 and the quad bike had to go back at 13:00! All in all I would love to return and I would defiantly recommend. The accommodation was perfect, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were sad to leave!

The cave suites are magnificent and an experience of a lifetime. The interior screams quality and the staff are very helpful. Center of the island and close to everything. Best to rent a vehicle as public transportation is limited.

Wonderful place, privet pool and breakfast is amazing in the comfort of your own privet patio. Every morning (you can decide your own time) we wake up with a fresh juice and breakfast of choice. There's a good mix from sweet to savory to choose from. + the room has an Nespresso machine for a nice cup of coffee, and a table size fridge. I stayed with my mom and we got an free upgrade. Victoria Caves is run by a young professional, and build by his parents in the most high-end detailed style. Comfy beds, clean and brand new. If your looking to escape the rat-race this is the place to be. It's quiet and gorgeous. But also if you are here for the instagram hotspots of Santorini, you can go all out with the beauty of this hotel. Would recommend 10/10, and all my friends asked me straight away where we stayed after seeing a single photo. We extended our stay since it was beyond our expectations.

Brand new complex apartments, everything is in great condition, the rooms are very spacious with exceptional design and the hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Really nice aesthetic that gives the true vibe of Santorini. Located in a very quiet village but you still get the chance to go to the center as it is very close. It is very easily accessible and not far from the airport as well. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. They helped us to organize our whole trip and I think without them making a plan we would not had such a great experience. Regarding their prices, they are really worthy and not overpriced at all. I would stay again to this residence for sure.
