Domes Novos Santorini, Autograph Collection

Nice hotel. Not top notch. Its the little things! Location is a 20 minute walk upto Oia. A 15 minute walk down. The hotel operates a shuttle service once during the day and once at night. You must book this with reception. We stayed for 7 nights. The restaurant had a limited selection of meat. Its mainly fish. The room amenities were not topped up during our stay at all. Disappointing. Breakfast is buffet style but you can order a variety of eggs to be cooked. Cereals. Breads. Continental. Fruit etc Bonus having your own pool, not the biggest and not private. Grounds are well maintained and it's clean. Staff are generally helpful and happy in their work!

i was in many hotels in my life this hotel is standing in one of the high hotels that i was first of all the staff spasale crestofer and glecria that make our stay like a family the room was wonderful the breakfast was marvels and all the staff doing extra job that we filled great

From the moment we arrived everything was amazing. Our hotel was beautiful and the addition of a private pool just made everything feel even more luxurious. All the hotel staff were so lovely, but Nikolas the bellman made our experience 10 times better. He always greeted us with a big smile and was so polite. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and if we had any questions he was always on hand the answer them. He was so attentive throughout our whole stay and he is a credit to Domes Novos. Nikolas, they’re lucky to have you. You’re amazing! Thank you so much! We hope to see you again soon :)

Domes Novos Santorini was a wonderful place to stay in every way imaginable. Luxurious and leisurely in every way you could want. Despite these wonderful amenities. The stand out for me was the Bellman, Nikolas. He was very personable and engaging. Ensuring our stay was pleasant and made easier from our arrival to our departure. Nikolas checked in with us daily and I was more than happy to stop and have a chat with him whenever our paths crossed around the establishment. He often gave us recommendations of things to do and see, places to go etc. and he was always willing to go the extra mile for us. Had some trouble with an ATV we rented on our first day (my partner and I had never ridden one before) and he took time out of his day to contact the rental company and query it for us and then proceeded to show me how to operate it as well- all whilst having the biggest smile on his face. He was always on hand to answer any questions or reach out to someone else to find out answers for us that he could not immediately provide. Cannot thank you enough Nikolas.
