I am very excited and satisfied Best choice I could have ever made The staff was great and the experience in general They answered all of our questions and helped us with everything we needed It was one of the best vacation for us We are definitely going to visit again one time

Excellent family run hotel. Very efficient and even contacted us before hand to see if we wanted to be collected at the airport. Complimentary water bottle in fridge on arrival. Breakfast was lovely, we expected continental style but it was better than expected with more selection. Location was 10mins walk from the centre of town. Supermarket short walk. 10mins from airport. Beds were comfortable, pool and sun loungers were very good. If you have any walking difficulties request a ground floor room as the rooms with sea view have low ceiling at the top and steep steps to bedroom but the views were fantastic on the roof terrace. Really enjoyed our stay especially as the staff were all so friendly.

Definitely not the hotel with the best facility, but staff are so friendly and always be helpful. The location is convenient and close to the airport, parking is free. Breakfast is simple but healthy. Our house comes with a yard, so overall cool

We arrived late at night towards the end of the season (Sept 2022) and we were shown around suite 4 by Adriana. We paid to upgrade to the balcony 'jetted' tub. Upon checking the hot tub temperature it was stone cold and we were told its 'bubbles only'. A poor excuse, we thought! The panel was disconnected and not working. There was a hot water tap next to the tub but I think we managed to get it tepid through topping it up but doing so meant overflowing water all over the terrace. All the other suites had working hot tubs apart from ours. We would rather Adriana had just been honest from the outset. Not great when we paid over £100/night. Breakfasts are basic to say the least. Choose between ham and cheese omelet, ham and cheese toastie or yoghurt and watermelon so by day 3, we were craving fruit and vegetables. Cereal and donuts seemed to cook under the morning sun with no shade. I had to go through ********** to complain after the hotel was unresponsive. We did move on day 5 to Suite 2 which did have a newer hot tub. The staff are pleasant enough but they made a bad call upon arrival. We would return to Santorini but not to Sun Springs I'm afraid as we were mis-sold on the hot tub.

Wonderful place, great service, Adrianna helped solve our every problem. Hotel located very close to the airport, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful picturesque landscape from the terrace. I recommend it to anyone to go with family or friends

The place was good with the best and excellent service from Adriana, it is always the team made the place , she is always there to help you as well as the team at breakfast are helpful. Breakfast is simple and same everyday - they need to look at it . The water in pool is cold . The place is clean and comfortable towels always changing daily, but the walls is not sound proof as you can heard your neighbors if you lucky and they are loud , there is small kitchen but not equipped at least with normal knife to cut fruits or glass for wine as we was eating always outside. Thank you Adriana , you are an asset to sun springs .

This property had exceeded our expectations! Just a beautiful and clean place with the most helpful staff, especially Adriana who checked us in and recommended the best restaurants and Greek dishes. The hot tub on our terrace was cleaned daily and the views were endless. The big ***** of restaurant, shops and bars is a 5min walk away, the beach is a 2min walk with all the water activities. Quad bike rental is opposite the property, what more could you want?! I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.

We stayed for 3 nites and absolutely loved it. We had a car so exploring Santorini from here was convenient, the longest drive was to Oia ( 20 mins). We were a family of 5 so booked a 2Bedroom apartment at Sun Springs, it was split on first floor ( kitchen , 2 beds, bath) & the second floor ( 1 double bed, 1 single bed). There is a jet tub on the second floor terrace. The second floor ceiling height is limited and one has to bend and use the room however one gets used to it. After a couple of nights in this room the staff upgraded us to a proper 2 bedroom and that was an absolutely fantastic room, with 2 double beds, 2 baths and a couple of single beds, kitchen etc. The hotel is neat / clean and offers all the right facilities for the price including a swimming pool. The breakfast served is simple / basic affair with fruits, toast, sandwiches, omlettes, juice, coffee etc The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, would certainly like to mention Adrianna who runs the show and has her attention on all details for all the guests. Overall we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay at Sun Springs
