Adi and Christos made this paradise in Caldera a smoother experience. We had a hard time making phone calls and Adi helped us step by step how to do it. Just one example of making our trip easier to navigate being on this spectacular island where we did not speak the language The suites were immaculate and absolutely beautiful down to every detail. We could not have picked a better place to stay in Fira. Fully stocked with everything you need. The staff were so respectful and accommodating. Breakfast was always delicious out on the balcony with the most spectacular views in Fira! I highly recommend Aperto Suites!

We stayed for 5 nights at this property recently. First things first... the 80/100 steps down are pressing as well as coming up. However we were met by Adi (the hotels porter) who was waiting as our pre arranged taxi got us to the drop off. Adi just simply put our case on his shoulder & strode off. Certainly took the pressure off. We were greeted by Miriam the receptionist who very efficiently checked us in. Perhaps we could of been given some more information about whats nearby or the complicated a/c but otherwise we were shown to our cave room that was stunning. Everything was nice & clean & adequately stocked with shampoo/gels/ tea/coffee/vater etc Breakfast was served on our balcony at the pre arranged time by Adi & or his sister. We also ran across the manager who took time to speak to us. A very polite man tio Nothing was too much trouble from all the staff & Adi was on had to take our 20 + kg case to the top where our taxi was waiting when we left. The hotel booked our transfer which proved to be an excellent service with super drivers

Amazing views! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They bring you your free breakfast to you in the morning while you enjoy the perfect mornings on the patio. We relaxed in our private hot tub in the evenings. Close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Never had a problem finding a parking, and the staff helped us with our luggage up the steep steps. Exceeded expectations and would highly recommend!

I found the staff were really helpful. The room was cleaned every day and the room I stayed in was really nice. As a solo traveller I would highly recommend this hotel. The receptionist gave me ideas on where to eat as I went to Santorini out of season so not everything was open, her suggestions were spot on.

Aperto suites was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! It was clean, comfortable, affordable and had the most wonderful customer service! The free breakfast was so good and they had quite a few options to chose from. you also cannot beat the views. The sunset from here is amazing! Antoni at reception always recommended the best places to eat and always showed us how to get to certain places. He was also kind enough to carry our bags down the steep and windy steps, which we are forever grateful for. Athena was so great in setting up transportation from the cruise port and always checked in to make sure we knew she was available to help. The bed was so comfortable, the jacuzzi was lovely, and they even give you a bottle of wine, coffee and tea for free. It is centrally located and accessible to many places as long as you’re in shape to take all those stairs up! I’d say the one negative thing is the room did not come with a dresser or closet. So, you really did have to live out of your suitcase. Thank you so, so much for a wonderful stay. We cannot wait to come back :)

Amazing experience from start to finish. The views and accommodations brought us to this place…the staff is what will certainly bring us back. Christine and Christo were amazing from the first moment we stepped on the property. Always available, always pleasant and concerned. Christine helped us with so many plans and experiences while we were here and was available for great advice for all of our questions. She is such a huge asset to this property and made our stay memorable. Christo was also always available and I was so impressed with the pride he takes in his work. Always setting a beautiful breakfast and quietly keeping the property in perfect shape throughout the day. Just such an amazing staff at Aperto Suites. Then there’s the property. Wow. This is the tourism brochure cover. Everything you could ever imagine about Santorini you get the moment you walk out your door in the morning to the sunset views from your spa. Amazing old church right next door enhancing the view and feel even more. Truly an amazing spot and one we will recommend to friends and family Thank you Aperto Suites for making our honeymoon truly special. You are in our hearts and memories.
