It was a fantastic hotel. The jacuzzi outside the room turned into a bubble bath when turned on. The room was very clean and always kept clean. We took the bus, but the route was easy and we didn't get lost. Breakfast was also partially made to order and was very delicious. This is the hotel you should stay at if you come to Oia.

We stayed second time in Katikies Villa (previous one was in 2024), and totally this was our third stay in Katikies. This hotel is just awesome. Lovely staff, superb food, great swimming pools. We will be back!

Great view of the caldera. The hot tub was nice too, as it was too cold to swim in the main pool late April. Breakfast was superb at the sister hotel a few doors down. Good location to walk to the end of Oia for the sunset. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Hotel is definitely not a 5 star experience and I am sure there are much better properties in this area at the same price point. We booked/coordinated transport through the hotel to be picked up at the port. The driver was 30 minutes late and they offered no type of compensation. Bathroom was extremely dated and the layout was odd. Also, we booked through chase with the hotel as an “edit” hotel, but they did not provide any of the amenities laid out by the edit experience - no welcome gift and did not remember the $100 resort credit. However, they did apply the credit once I told them about it at check out. I do want to note the concierge service was very responsive and they did make us a last minute dinner reservation which we appreciated. Overall do not recommend. View and pool at the main property was stunning.

Room not cleaned upon arrival (hair and dirt on the toilets seat, sofa with black spots on it, bed sheets with blood). Wrong guest name sent by the hotel to the transfer service. It took 45 min to find the right van at the port. Hot thub not usable for 1.5 days and still dirty after cleaning. Pool not usable for 2 days. Power outage in the room in the middle of the night shutting of the AC and triggering the emergency light, lasted 1 day. Water shortage in the room for 1 day. Table on the retrace but no chairs to sit on. Breakfast not served at this hotel (but at a 7 min walk). While checking in the hotel manager is trying to sell you tours. No monetary compensation offered even if y we listed all the inconveniences we experienced during our 3 nights stay. Even for Santorini, it is not acceptable for a 5*, 500€+ rate hotel.
