Absolutely lovely place and amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Gave a warm welcome and throughout the stay checked in daily having friendly chats and making sure we were happy with everything. Full of recommendations of places to eat and places to visit. Yana especially went over and beyond being helpful. Accommodation was stunning and traditional. Super clean, daily bed and towel changes and general clean of inside and out of suite. A beautiful pool with plenty of beds and shade if want with lovely terrace . Plenty of choice for breakfast and fresh. Towels available for pool if need and room to stay and shower and use pool and reception lounge whilst waiting on an early evening pick up. Plenty of bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away but far enough not to hear once home. On main road, Dorians lovely bar and staff and strawberry daiquiri. Next door an amazing gyros/ souvlaki cafe or takeaway with friendly staff. On sea front was recommended Atlantis and given a voucher for a carafe of free local wine. Food was stunning and local. Kamari tours did an amazing excursion at a reasonable price which accommodation recommended. A day trip to the other islands that make Santorini via coach and boat. Learnt a lot about the amazing island. Hired a buggy from mick from the main road, toured the island on it which was fab. Loved where we stayed, plenty to do but not too busy. Would definitely recommend and go back. Enjoyed the evening visit to Oia to see the white traditional buildings with blue domes and amazing sunset, but was so touristy, the rest of the island is so much nicer and plenty of other places cheaper if not free to see the sunset. Have had the most relaxing week, read 2 books and so did my husband, who never reads! Definitely wound down and relaxed.

What a truly amazing place, this was our 2nd visit the last time being in 2010, the suites have hardly changed one bit, Gianna & Panos are both amazing, they can’t do enough for you and are always on hand for a chat and a smile, they really do make your holiday special. We had room 12 which has a massive terrace/balcony and a whirlpool which was great to cool down, although we went around the pool most day, no getting up at the crack of dawn to put your towels down, we always found a couple of sun beds no matter what time of day, there was a lack of umbrellas our first couple of days, I mentioned this to Gianna and the next day 2 more arrived (you only need to ask), pool towels are provided even to take to the beach. Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am and is really good and more than adequate. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, also the bed sheets and towels are also changed daily which personally i think it is to much and should be maybe 3 times a week, the cleaning staff do a very high standard and don’t miss a thing everywhere they go, the whole place is spotless.a big thanks to them. Being a small hotel of 16 rooms we found that all guests seem to be very friendly and chatty, met some really nice friends whilst we was there, big shout out to Graham and Kay who we met in 2010, Rich and Wendy. Our favourite restaurant was Ntomatini on the front which is also next to a really good tasty Indian, we ate at other restaurants but none was as good. We used to go into Dorian’s bar just up the road which was really friendly and cheapish drinks and cocktails, keep away from Bobs bar across from Dorian’s, the owner is very inappropriate. We will definitely return in a couple of years.
