White Pearl Villas

White Pearl Villas was wonderful! As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos. Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best. As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day. The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices. There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers. We did not try the breakfast or the massage service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

We recently stayed at the White Pearl Villa in Santorini, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The villa is beautiful, clean, and offers stunning views of the sea and the iconic Santorini sunset. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect, close to many attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend White Pearl Villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Santorini. We'll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at White Pearl Villas in Santorini, for 3 nights. On arrival, we were greeted by Dimitri, who organised for our luggage to be taken to our villa while we checked in. He took the time to explain all the main attractions and what to do, on a map and offered us assistance with any requests during our stay. The location of the villas is perfect, at the start of the pedestrian walkway in the main tourist area of Oia. The view going to our villa was breathtakingly stunning and we were amazed by the perfect picture postcard view from our villa’s balcony, overlooking the Aegean Sea with the 2 volcanoes directly ahead of us (not active!). Our room was sensational, with the pleasure of having a hot tub, air conditioning, coffee machine and bathroom amenities. Quiet and peaceful, making it a pleasure listening to the music from the boats sailing in the sea. The staff, led by Anna, the manager, were friendly, accomodating and exceptional in every way, from the care they took with housekeeping, laundry service and hospitality. By far, this was the best accomodation we have stayed at and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Santorini.

While White Pearl was in an excellent location in OIA reaching the room was extrememly difficult due to all the steps and changing levels of the rather lengthy path to our unit. There are no handrails and was very difficult to navigate. I limited climbing to few times a day as the climb was exhausting for me. I suggest that guests be warned of the issue before they book. This is not a good fit for seniors or anyone with limited mobility. Also we booked a unit, Blue Moon, that advertised a plunge pool located on our balcony right outside the room but the pool was not located adjacent to our room but rather on another level with more steps to climb to reach it. I was unable to use the pool due to the additional climb The desciriptionfor Blue Moon on White Pearls website is not honest and accurate. Booking transport through the hotel was much more expensive than had we secured our own taxi and on our departure to the airport the manager added another couple to the taxi who was NOT going to the airport but rather to a location considerably out of the way. As a result we were rushed and almost missed our flight to Bari Italy. Bed was comfortable but weddged into a small area was difficult to get in and out of. There is no sunset view from these units. The Shower often did not have hot water and the sink overflowed several times. The thing we did like was the view of the ocean from our room. It was beautiful but I would not book this hotel again due to the deceptive advertising on their website.

We had a great 5 night stay at the White Pearl Villas. The hidden gem villa deserves its name. Quiet, beautiful view, well appointed room, great pool. Accept to walk some stairs to access the villa (right at the bottom, allowing an obstructed view) but frankly not an issue for us. To be noted the great service from the team, always there to assist on recommandations, tours, etc… I totally recommend this place.
