My husband and I arrived at this resort for 2 nights/3 days. Our first trip to Santorini! we were so excited and it was not a good experience we got there in the afternoon and went to the one restaurant on the premises and had lunch/dinner there were flies everywhere in our food landing on us the entire time we were trying to eat. There was nothing near by to go to so we just went to bed. When we got up in the morning there was NO POWER. No air conditioner working, no lights, no hot water etc. there were extension cords to the restaurant. I went right to the front desk and said we wanted to leave the resort since we only had 1 day left there and we didn't want to spend it like this. They said since I prepaid I could leave but they would not credit the one night even though I was leaving before check out and there was no power. I have disputed the cost back and forth but they refuse to do anything for me. My husband and I spent another $50 on a taxi to town and found a beautiful hotel that had power. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone and learned a important lesson about prepaying! Don't do it. If you want to go to a hotel that is desolate with no power and flies you might like this one!

We had a really super time staying here.The staff were all incredibly wonderful so very helpful nothing was too much trouble for then to name a few effe,Caterina Marina and Alex also our lovely chamber maid whose name I don't know??! The food wasok if you didn't like what was on offer they would make something else for you.A perfect setting slightly whacky but also an amazing pool and extremely comfortable beds.Go and enjoy.Thank you all for a fabulous stay at Sea sounds.

A perfect oasis adjoining beach in a quieter part of Santorini far from the madding crowd of Cruise ship passengers crowding Fira and Oia staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Food was good and all local dishes , rooms were clean and "worked" well. Only adverse aspect was that we were only there 5 days! The name Sea Sounds is not a misnomer, you literally walk out of the grounds on to the beach (black sand)

Such a friendly team that couldn't do enough for us. A relaxing and enjoyable stay - just what we were after. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed every meal. Used the local buses to get about and you're at the ***** after a 20-30 minute walk along the black beach. The sunrise is just amazing by the way

Nice location by the sea with pool and friendly people. Our room was on the top floor all in white. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and beach are a plus. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes, cocktails and wines. We can recommen a stay in this lovely hotel.

This place was exactly what my family needed away from the hustle and bustle of the busier towns (Oia and Fira -which are only a 30/35 min drive away). The hotel is private and secluded but a 15 minute walk along the beach will get you to a bunch of restaurants and bars. We stayed in a 2-bed suite with our own private plunge pool, The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing and welcomed us with sandwiches and drinks on the night of our arrival as our flight was delayed and we’re really kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although we ate out a few times, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and I would highly recommend it. My only difficulty was the mattress which was a too firm for me but really this boils down to personal preference. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough especially for those who want to see the highlights of Santorini but also want quiet and time to relax. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

We had a WONDERFUL family holiday here. Clean apartments. The service at the bar is just amazing. Marina, Alex and the other gentleman (whose name I’ve forgotten but never stopped smiling) really look after you. Effi so helpful. I’d go back here in a heartbeat.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for a week and were really sad to leave. The place is so homely and beautiful. Everyone working at the hotel was so friendly and kind, felt like we stayed at best friends' place. Breakfasts were amazing, all home made. Our apartment (there were 5 of us and we had 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a large balcony) was cleaned every day, fresh towels provided. The resort is located next to a very pretty black pebbles beach, 15min walk along the beach to a black sand beach with bars, restaurants and water activities. The hotel organised a rental car for us so we managed to explore the whole island. Santorini is absolutely gorgeous, with amazing Fira and Oia, but we were very happy staying in the quieter south part of the island, away from hustle and bustle. We will definitely come back! Thank you everyone at Sea Sound!
