Avista Suites

Avista Suites is in the best location in the center of Imerovigli. The building is at the highest point, so you have a perfect view of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea from the roof. So you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the same place, even from the sunbed on the roof or from your private Jacuzzi! The suite is well equipped, comfortable and special. But the best Mr. Lampros was our host. He is our kindest and most helpful host so far. He helped us in everything, gave us advice, fulfilled all our requests. We loved the divinely delicious breakfast that we could prepare for ourselves and that was served on our terrace. Special thanks for the beautiful bouquet of roses that my wife received, as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here!

From the moment of arrival, Labros greeted us with a warm smile and eagerly showed us the property and our home for the next few nights in Santorini. The suite we had was gorgeous, everything was stunning, white and clean. There was even a beautiful plunge pool with incredible views of the ocean from our unit. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and so much more than expected. Every morning they delivered a giant tray of delicious breads, fruit, freshly squeezed juices etc etc to our own patio. We felt like royalty! The location is great and pretty central to everything we did. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with all things Avista suites!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The location is excellent and our hosts could not have been more accommodating. We loved the suite and roof top hot tub with a fantastic view. The arrival of breakfast each morning on our patio was superb, with a wonderful choice of foods. Simply wonderful - thanks Lambros

This place is amazing! We had the best views with stunning sunsets from roof top. It was very relaxing and quiet. Our stay was perfect . Thank you to the owner Mr.Lampros who is really friendly ,attentive and his personal for the top service. We will be back again to this magic place. Highly recommended!

I am mind blown reading the reviews after being there. The view is not what it seems IMHO. The location of this hotel is situated so far back on the hill that its difficult to see over the rest of the homes closer to the ocean view. We had booked the superior room for us and our two adult children. The view from your room itself/patio is not a caldera/ocean view - you are looking at construction of a building (see photo). There is a view if you go up the stairs to your roof top, where the pool and loungers are but again, you are far back from the edge so largely see other rooftops and the other rooms' hot tubs. There is no view from inside the hot tub - or from the loungers - you have to stand up to see over the other buildings. Also, the hot tub is adequate for 2 people, but not 4 adults. We had splurged for our last stop in greece and for the $800 per night, I was incredibly disappointed. We found another place to stay immediately upon our arrival for less with a better view and much bigger hot tub/pool. The host was very nice upon arrival but was (understandably) upset that we did not like it. He did not return our money in full (we still had to pay for one night), but he did generously return the last two nights, which we were grateful for.

The rooms are immaculate with a breathtaking view of the island. Located directly in the center in a quiet area and at a high point, we loved the views from the rooftop spa more than the rest of the island. The rooms are such a beautiful, unique experience that I recommend it to anyone to try at least once. The breakfast was delicious and personalized per your request as well. Most importantly, the host alone was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure my family had a memorable experience. He alone is a reason to come stay at this suite as he provided invaluable advice and hospitality. We were able to make the most of our short trip because of him and enjoy this beautiful island. We definitely will stay here the next visit. In terms of room logistics: the beds were comfortable and spacious, showers had high water pressure and quality soaps/shampoos, and air conditioning made it nice and comfortable. Spas were warm and private enough situated with a picturesque angle.
