We booked with TUI to stay at the VP Belair for one week at the end of June. We booked ‘room only’ and had a kettle, hair dryer, towels, shower, fridge, mugs, glasses, small table and chairs, air con and free WiFi in the room which is everything you need. Our room had two floors, with a spiral staircase. The living space and bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. The room was clean upon arrival and the staff maintained this by cleaning the rooms daily, replacing toilet roll and making the beds. All staff are friendly, Angela is very welcoming and accommodating. One room attendant in particular is incredibly helpful and attentive (sorry I didn’t catch his name). The location of the hotel is amazing, only a couple minutes walk away from the beach and loads of bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket and 24/7 bakery just up the road and a lovely little restaurant/takeaway just next door. The hotel has a nice pool and a few of sun loungers and chairs around it. The hotel isn’t luxurious but it was quaint, intimate and ‘classic Greece’; I was very happy with what I paid as it’s the perfect base camp to spend the day at the beach; another plus is it was a lot cheaper than others in the area.
