Overall very good!

Read the whole review please before judging... This isnt a nasty review... This is a helpful hint review and may prepare you for your holiday ahead. Would i book lucia villas again?? YES! Location is perfect if you like the quieter side of holidaying. The lovely Dorians pub and 24hr bakery up the road. Beach is a nice walk away. And the church on the hill also a lovely viewing point for those that can. Anyway i digress... We arrived to find the room clean. Nice little balcony. Storage is a problem... I had taken extra coat hangers (as a previous review i had read) so that helped immensely. I then noted the glasses/crockery etc was a bit unclean for my liking and washed up as we arrived. There are no cereal bowls more like little shallow pasta bowls (relevant if you have cereal!!). There was a nice sized fridge and little freezer section. And 2 little hobs and a kettle! Again relevant if planning to cook and keep costs down! Super markets are everywhere (little market shop down the road or carre four within walking/driving distance) So to my point... Little handy tips.. 1. Take extra coathangers 2. Take a scrubber to wash up (washing up liquid was provided) 3. Kitchen roll/wet wipes 4. Safe available for 10euros This is a lovely place to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaner was so kind and helpful. Pool was clean and a great place to chat to people! So book it and have a fab time! X

Fantastically friendly, helpful staff and spotlessly clean. The hotel is short walk out of town, slightly uphill but that helped walk off the greek cuisine! Supermarket 5 mins away for the essentials. It was really quiet in the evening with very little traffic noise, so no problems sleeping. Small pool with comfy loungers and drinks and snacks available, what more could you want. We used the hotel for our car hire, was great value and service was really great, they picked us up from the hotel. We also used the beach restaurant and loungers at Perissa Bay, great food and great service also, would not hesitate booking again.

Stayed for a week from 16/7/24 to 23/7/24 with my 17 yo daughter Absolutely fabulous accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Clean bedding and towels every day. The 2 young men (one on reception and one on housekeeping) are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. AirCon in the room. Pool and pool area are more than sufficient - we spent every day round the pool. There’s a small bar where you can buy drinks - water (€1.50), Mythos (€4), can of coke (€3.50), red bull (€5) and snacks (cheese and ham toastie with fries (€7.50) Plenty of sun loungers to go round - no one puts towels on loungers!!! Brilliantly located for the beach and bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. Gyro place (chicken gyro just €4) Scirocco (delicious pizza average €11), Bobs Bar all worth a visit Oh and it is HOT We would definitely recommend Lucia Villas

This is a little gem of a hotel in Santorini. 8 mins walk (we timed it) from the beach. It was a last min holiday which we did have at a bargain, £640 for the 2 of us including flights with TUI. We asked for a high front facing room and we were lucky enough to get one. The view was incredible. The room was small, quirky very clean. Air con was wonderful, as it was really hot when we went. The star of the Hotel was Bee, the young man that worked on reception. I hope the Hotel Owners realise how lucky they are to have him. Polite, courteous and so helpful. The other young man that did the cleaning was also very nice. The only downside to this hotel is the steps, I think if you have any mobility issues you may want to avoid it. There are 15 steps just to get into the hotel reception pool area. Our room was another 25 steps. The Wi FI was good. The safe was €10 for the week. Air con was in with the price. They serve snacks like toasties, drinks at a reasonable price. The location was fantastic, set at the edge of the resort, with a mountain to the side. So much choice of Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. We tried the Millennium Chinese, Hellas, The Indian on the seafront, all excellent. Bobs bar for a drink, great music, & they show the football. We hired a car for the week, pre booked from the airport, so we saw so much in one week as the island is not that big. Although one day we did take the bus to Fira, as it’s a nightmare to park there. The bus service is cheap and efficient. Would I return? 100%.

Lucia Villas has been a brilliant little hotel for us this week, the rooms are very well equipped with multiple sockets, a hairdryer, tv, wall safe etc. It is spotlessly clean throughout the entire property, our room, the pool area and also the reception! Suah the cleaner is absolutely fantastic this is one of the few hotels we’ve been in where we’ve received fresh towels daily and also clean bedding every couple of days! He seems to be at work most days for long hours so no matter what time we have gone out at we have always returned to a beautifully clean room. The self catering facilities are fab; plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses etc. and also cleaning supplies for dishes. The bathroom is of a good size and was also spotless. There isn’t a huge amount of storage as you’ll see in the pictures for you to put loads of clothes away but was absolutely fine for the two of us for a weeks stay so wasn’t an issue at all. Bee and Lucia on the front desk were very informative of the area and told us where was worth going and they can also book trips for you too! The safety box is €10 which I think is fine as you’re in a small family run hotel and the WiFi and air conditioning were free and both work perfectly! We would absolutely rebook to come here again it exceeded all of our expectations and was just in the perfect location only 5 minutes away from Perissa beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend to anyone that’s wanting to visit Santorini on a budget!!
