The room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

The hotel is perfect. Views are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool outside our room every day. Breakfast included every morning was fantastic and all of the staff were so friendly and professional and made sure that we had an amazing stay! You will not regret staying here

An absolutely outstanding experience all around. The hotel, the service and the views!!!! The most amazing sunsets I have ever see . And the Michelin star restaurant for dinner is an absolute must! I couldn't recommend this place any more highly for those willing to splurge on a luxury hotel. Definitely worth every penny.

As always, it has been a unique experience, having the chance again to enjoy our 4th stay at Grace. Grace team with their professionalism and productive efficiency has managed once more to make us feel like home! Our upmost appreciation to the front office for immaculate service and to Mrs Sylvia and team who have tendered generously their best of service at the pool restaurant/bar. It was a great pleasure to meet also the GM Mr Georgousis who had made every kind effort to improve our stay in the best possible manner, within and beyond the "borders" of Grace. Special thanks to our dear Mr. Konstantinos Zindros for his overwhelming effort to top up our time in Grace in every perspective what so ever! Grace team has achieved to create an immaculate 5* hospitality experience of global standards, making Grace a destination by itself alone! Congratulations to the management and team of Grace for a flawless operation!

We had the best experience .Our arrival check in was Wonderful with the Front Desk and the GM going above and beyond.Our room was incredible with a stunning view and super private.We had a lunch next to the pool that was super fresh and flavourful and the server Sylwia was super knowledgeable and skillfull providing a great service.We had a dinner at the restaurant and was one of the best meals we ever had.Chef Tsikrikis was amazing and Nektarios provide the best service ,he was very knowledgeable and his service was top notch.It was the best experience that we had in the island.

This is our second visit to Grace, but we brought our two daughters for this stay. As a result, we booked The Villa which is an amazing experience. You have your own master living, sleeping and bathroom quarters. Our daughters had a separate bedroom and bathroom. The best feature is a full size pool with lounge chairs and the most amazing view. The Villa provides a full time butler to meet all your scheduling, meals and accommodation needs. Our wonderful butler was George, and he met all of our personalized needs. He served us breakfast, made us special smoothies, managed our schedule and organized a delicious customized dinner on our private deck. It was a truly magical experience for our entire family.
