The service and the location were amazing, very friendly staff and the jacuzzi is very nice. Breakfast was wonderful, absolutely excellent. Hygiene was okay but not the best

This was our first trip to santorini & it was made more special by how great we were treated by all the staff at sophia luxury suites the service was first class would highly recommend this to anyone

The room was clean and nice, but the black male staff was so unfriendly that I was scared. The female staff was kind. The breakfast was amazing! It was too much to eat.

The staff was attentive and the room was spacious, however they have problems with the plumbing and the room and bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The mattress felt worn from use, the springs were felt, so sleeping on it was too uncomfortable. The water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom, which made it very uncomfortable to enter the bathroom afterwards, since the floor was always wet. Breakfast was very good.

Not good hotel. Only photo looks good. Reality is really other. I wrote e-mail, that i want speak with manager. Receptionist said that the manager is only on mail. And i see, that they have other priority than happy guest because i said it in the morning and is 4 afternooon and nobody calls. Place by swiimingpool: dirty sunnybeds and not complete. Poor breakfast for 4* hotel. No vegetable, and for 6 person cuted 2 sticks ham and cheese, really not enough. Its good for guests witch are not care for good accomodation.

A tranquil stay with welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable and provided the perfect setting for a siesta. The shower was powerful and always had hot water, and the air conditioning and safe worked perfectly. The views from the room’s balcony were beautiful and unspoilt, it was so lovely being able to enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the sunset over the sea. The pool area is more beautiful than the photos show! The food and drink were plentiful and very tasty. We had the Greek BBQ on our third night and it was sensational. We opted for the Santorini salad for lunch, which was absolutely scrumptious! The staff were all very helpful and demonstrated great hospitality skills. They arranged taxis to and from Oia and Fira for us and provided additional towels etc. when requested. The only slight thing that could may make the stay even better would be providing complimentary bottled water, replenishing in room coffee/ tea bags each day and pool side service for cocktails etc (although, it wasn’t much effort to walk to reception and order drinks etc.) Overall, it was a lovely relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy places but close enough to all the attractions via prompt and reasonably priced taxis.
