The hotel is located in Santorini near Perissa's Black beach. There seem to be 8 or 9 loft-style buildings. There is no view in the room, and the entrance is a large courtyard of the hotel. Walking out of the yard is the seaside, a bar street and a seafood market street. It is very convenient for travel and entertainment. The bosses are also very nice, two brothers. They also own 2 hotels on the island. Each has its own characteristics. This one is the most cost-effective.

My wife and I stayed in one of the suites for our honeymoon. It was exactly what we wanted. The price was fair, and the location was exemplary. Perissa is a quieter part of Santorini (if you're staying there I would highly recommend hiring a car), and the beach is less than 50m away from the Exi Sea Side Suites. Our cabin was clean, cool (with A/C) and the shower had plenty of hot water. You mustn't drink tap water in Santorini, so John, who ran the hotel, provided us with cold bottled water in the fridge of our cabin. There is also a shop on the site. John was incredibly helpful, and was available for any questions we had, whether is was about our cabin or our trip. There is also a beautiful shaded garden area you can use, in case you don't want to be on the beach. The bed was comfy and there was lots of storage space. If you're looking for extreme Santorini luxury, this is not the place to stay. But, if you want a cosy, affordable, comfortable and quieter stay in Santorini, I would whole-heartedly recommend you stay here.

very beautiful hotel in front of the sea with a big amizing open space for relaxing ! the location is perfect ,close to bars,restaurants and many shops! the buss station is a few steps of the hotel .

Comfortable bed, excellent location. Very clean. In the tea bathroom they leave 2 bathrobes and slippers. Vaulted house like the buildings in the area. With air conditioning, essential since it can get very hot. With basic kitchen

Horrible stay, absolutely nothing is right! We paid 160€ for one night in this establishment, not at all consistent with the photos!! Inside everything seems dirty and poorly maintained, mold on the ceiling, nauseating smell coming from the backflowing shower and the walls are as thin as cardboard. No insulation! Sea view depending on the establishment!! In reality view of an old campsite occupied by drug ******* who scream all night. Impossible to come here with family. Not to mention the non-existent bedding… Total mediocrity To avoid!!!! We do not see how the establishment can obtain 5* in comments, surely purchased

From the outside it may seem simple but inside it offers all the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The furnishings are simple but the rooms are spacious.
