The hotel room was fabulous with a stunning view of the beach. I appreciate the receptionist’s assistance with our questions and car rental. The room layout was perfect in giving privacy to parents and kids. The restaurant is awful. The food is bland and the service was the worst, in fact rude. I was told that I ordered too much for my breakfast, which was included in my stay, and the chef was cutting me off and refusing to serve me anything else (I had simply asked for an extra yogurt). It made our third morning at breakfast awkward and unpleasant. The location is well placed near markets and the boardwalk, with a short enough drive to Oia, Thira, the ruins, Red Beach, etc. Highly recommend to go in the on season (not the off season because it’s dead in the off season). Note that the government charges an extra 15 euros per night during the on season.

Again, excellent staff and facilities We had two reservations due to a change of dates and the hotel was able to keep us in the same room. Also, they will let you use the pool at their sister property.

Such an amazing value! If you want to be right on the beach, without a street or noisy bar in front of your room, there’s only two hotels on the island that can give that to you. Here, almost every single room is guaranteed beach access. It may not be the most luxurious hotel out there, but if you want to go from your balcony right onto the beach in ten seconds walking, this is your hotel. It is also very cheap as well. It was a perfectly clean room. Seems quite new. Perhaps they could have used more luxurious furniture, but for what I paid, this was such a good deal. One of the best kept secrets in Santorini!

Terrrrrible! Don’t give them your money. Service was so poor they are aggressive and rude. They try to charge for things you don’t have. They forgot meals! The restaurant is pretty and clean but the service was so poor.
