We stayed 4 nights at junior suite: + cheap caldera view + view is really amazing! + room is clean and good ＞ breakfast was okay (small) ＞ 8-10 mins walk to akrotiri (hill) ＞ can be windy on balcony - pool water bit cold - they are nice but not friendliest service on island Car rental is not necessary :) Bus every 30mins (they dont follow the timetable) Akrotiri Village is small! Best places were Arvanitis Market and Akrothiri restaurant :D

Beautiful place! The view from the room just amazing, we could see a sunrise from the bed. The stuff is really nice, helpful and involved. Breakfast is tasty, every day cold orange juice and local sweets. With the clean windows in the cafeteria would be just perfect ;) I felt really special when I’ve got my favourite tea every morning without saying anything:D they asked me what I want just ones :) Looking forward to come back there one day:) I love your goodbye gift, wearing every day :)

If you’re looking for a real getaway in Santorini, with stunning vistas a step outside your door, immaculate rooms, and super friendly service, reserve at Blu Rooms. We loved everything about this place, and would highly recommend it for anyone coming to Santorini.

A delightful base for exploring the island. We enjoyed the peace and calm of this charming and beautiful spot and we really appreciated how clean, well maintained it was. The family are kind and helpful. The breakfast highlight was little warm doughnuts daubed with cinnamon and honey. A lovely haven away from the bustle of the island’s towns with a traditional feel. We were sad to leave.

Blu Rooms is definitely a hidden gem in Santorini! Great location close to beaches and Akrotiri town! Stunning views from all rooms and the kindest staff! Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until 3am, staff waited for us to arrive and were so kind and understanding. Our view was absolutely stunning. The pool was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel but also had amazing views. Breakfast buffet every morning was well varied and staff brought out fresh coffee and fruit as well as a sweet treat! They helped us rent a bike and book taxis. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough! Will definitely return! Thank you Blu Rooms for making our holiday so special!

Impolite behavior. We choose the Cafe to take our breakfast and refused. Next days we visited two other places, both hotels, and accepted us. Maybe you think that they keep their tables for hotel customers but both the hotel and the Cafe had minimum customers during our visit.

The small and very quiet hotel on the cliff has a spetacular view of the Caldera. The host give hints concerning attractions and excursions in Santorini. The pool facilities is tidy and you can enjoy a stunning caldera view from the sun beds; in a short stroll you reach Akrotiri down town. I recommend the refurbished and clean rooms with new doors and windows otherwise the wind will knock on your door! When the weather is very windy even in the refubished rooms will be dificult to have a tranquil night. The average and boring breakfast you can enjoy from a terrace with amazing Caldera view. Not far from hotel there is a good but not ogarnized Caldera beach with enough space and some small trees, you can take beach towels from hotel. Santorini is an expensive spot, but staying in Blu Rooms is like you have paid a little bit more than it is worth. By end of the season the host seems to be tired and without interest or pacience concernig the guests request.

A small and charming hotel on the cliff of Akrotiri with a spectacular view of the caldera. Vasilis and Elizabeth are nice and kind and fulfill every request. The rooms are a little small but well organized, very clean and there is room for everything. Every day they clean, arrange and change towels. We liked the breakfast that is served in the viewing hall Also to the view. If we visit Santorini again we will return to this hotel.

If you want the best views of the caldera at far cheaper prices than Thira or Oia and a slower pace this hotel is perfect. The view from our balcony or the nearby swimming pool is one of the best we have had. The room was clean with a powerful shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast could be eaten inside or outside both with the same great view of the caldera and the other nearby islands. Breakfast was mainly buffet but with coffee, meats, cheese etc brought to. There something for everyone from Greek pies to cereals. The hotel is on a steep hill but the walk to centre of the village only takes 10 minutes. The village has enough restaurants to have a different one every night. Pool nearby was never crowded with more than enough sun loungers. Staff friendly and booked transfers from the port and the airport us.
