We had waited a long 4 years to get to Santorini and we weren't disappointed. Corrado the man is delightful and a mine of useful information. Listen to what he has to say as he knows the island well and how to save some money on what is an expensive island. We had room 1 which has a view over the caldera that is worth a million dollars. The accommodation is good quality with as many facilities as you are likely to need. It doesn't have a pool but that was ok by us. It is pretty centrally located in Thira, close to the bus station which we used every day. I would suggest strongly, depending on your budget, that you seek out rooms 1 & 2 as these provide the aforementioned views. You could quite literally sit and watch the bay all day, with a few drinks of course and maybe a Greek salad! It really is that good. A general tip: avoid the taxis and save some money if you want to get out and about. The buses are air-conditioned and comfortable, at least in June before possible madness descends. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Carrado Caldera apartments and we thank Carrado the man for his help, friendliness and the connection we felt with him. He helped make our holiday just that little bit more special. Thanks Carrado!

Great location with easy walk along the caldera with amazing view from the balcony. Room was very clean and well equipped. Host was lovely- arranged pick up from the airport for 20€ and supplied us with a bottle of wine when we had a day of rain! Couldn’t ask for more

As with our 2 previous stays here, room number 1 - with its stunning views of the caldera and sea - is just perfect for us. Corrado Caldera Apartments are in a great location - within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars and shops - including a well stocked supermarket - yet in a relatively quiet spot up one of the cobbled side streets. The front balcony is a great place to relax and unwind while taking in the ever-changing panorama - including the famous Santorini sunsets - or when reading a good book while sipping on a cool and refreshing drink. Meanwhile the small balcony (with a couple of small washing lines) off of the bedroom offers views across the town to the sea on the east of the island as well as looking down on to the side street - particularly interesting when the mules (known locally as donkeys) are being led back to their paddocks at the end of their working day (after carrying tourists from and to the harbour). Room number 1 is comfortable and we feel really at home there. The rooms are cleaned every day and the linen and towels are changed regularly (every day if you wish). There are sufficient cooking facilities to prepare some basic meals when you want to eat in but still enjoy caldera views - which we did several times during our 3 week stay. A hairdryer and small safe are also provided. Corrado and his wife Vjola could not have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful. Corrado kindly picked us up from the airport and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He also purchased the basic groceries we ordered ready for our arrival. (We paid him for these once we had settled in). Thank you for everything Corrado and Vjola. We will look forward to our next stay.

Excelente estadía en apartamentos corrado 4 noches en el apartamento con vistas a la caldera. Es un gran anfitrión, siempre amable, intentando que tu estadía sea lo mejor posible. Comunica contigo a través de su wasap personal y en español, que es muy importante para nosotros al no tener un inglés fluido. Siempre te contesta. Ayer, sin pedir yo nada, me trajo al apartamento dos toallas por si queríamos ir a la playa y me mandó por wasap varios enlaces con propuestas para disfrutar de nuestra estadía. Detalles así, como dejar un estupendo aceite y vinagre en la estantería de la cocina, limpieza diaria y servicio de cama, son cosas que se agradecen mucho. La ubicación del apartamento es genial, pues a escasos 5 minutos tienes un gran supermercado bien provisto de todo, la estación de autobuses y todo el bullicio de tiendas y restaurantes. Afuera tienes una estupenda terraza para cenar si quieres, ver la puesta de sol y como entran los cruceros en santorini. Salon-cocina muy bien equipado y habitación doble con una cama muy cómoda y un pequeño balcón con vistas a una pequeña pero preciosa iglesia típica de santorini. Muy contentos de empezar aquí nuestra viaje por Grecia y agradecidos al sr. Corrado

Siamo stati tre giorni a Santorini e abbiamo trovato questo piccolo ma molto comodo appartamento. Vicinissimo al passeggio per Fira. Dal nostro terrazzino avevamo una vista impagabile sulla caldera. Corrado è gentilissimo ed è merito suo se la nostra vacanza è stata molto piacevole

Struttura moderna, ben attrezzata e con una vista incredibile dalla terrazza. Anche la posizione é ottima a pochi passi dal centro di Fira, dalla stazione degli autobus e da ogni servizio. Per finire Corrado é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per consigli su spiagge, locali e ristoranti. Consigliatissimo!
