The service is warm, the restaurant is of high standard, the room is large and has its own hot spring bathtub, and the location is relatively secluded. If you have your own car or charter a car, it is a good choice.

Every person working at the hotel provided a lot of care and attention to every part of my stay. The hotel has amazing views and its location allows you to explore neighbouring towns with ease while being in a less busy area.

First of all, Alex is a top notch guy, he made our stay unique, with all his attention and kindness, let alone all the suggestion about itineraries, restaurants and bars. Last but not least, he's super friendly, very, very humble and well manner, would recommend Andronikos just because of him! The hotel itself is extremely well designed, with lots of features inside that make it very cozy, in addition to being picturesque which feels like living in a dream for what it is. The ground floor suite we took was very large, super clean, the shower was powerful and hot, and so was the Jacuzzi, which is absolutely enjoyable when going to Santorini in October, with the perfect in/out temperature gap. Breakfast was really generous and the lady delivered it at the apartment every single morning! The view is astonishing, literally. There is a small mountain, a protuberance of the island itself, right in front of the hotel, with a footpath where people walk through to reach its peak, and the surrounding sea and many islands truly give a mesmerising yet peaceful feeling. I've been travelling in over 50 countries over the last 10 years, and I normally do not write reviews, but this time was a must, thus I 100% recommend staying at Andronikos, and as an additional tip I suggest choosing either April or October, as the place is far less crowded therefore much more romantic.

Minas was wonderful, along with Matthias. So nice in every way. Loved our arrival fresh drink and bottle of wine. And arranged some breakfast as we had a very early check out. Very considerate and helpful Mina’s was at all times. A lovely start to an amazing stay. Matthias was so happy and friendly too. Our room was next to the laundry or kitchen. Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge. The internet was sketchy the majority of the time however Mina’s helped with connection for my partner to work. Loved our stay overall! Thank you to them

We were met with our porter at our taxi drop off. He assisted with our luggages to our suite. The views were amazing. Centrally located. Stava gave us a tour of our suite and was very helpful during our stay. We ordered room service and promptly assisted by the room service attendant. I wish I could remember her name but she was so kind and helped with heating up my daughters spaghetti. When we checked out of our hotel at 05:00am, we were assisted again by our porter. Overall this was a 5 star experience. I really enjoyed my stay at Cilon Suites and highly recommend this property when in Santorini.

Wonderful hotel and place to stay ! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Santorini . I am so happy that I have decided to book our hotel and I would definitely come back again . Great location , exceptional customer service , facilities, service and amazing staff! I could message to our host any time any day and ask for help or advice if needed. I was very much enjoying the breakfasts, private jacuzzi and the views. Everyone was very friendly , kind and helpful. Great atmosphere , very tidy and clean rooms . The location is very convenient , everything is very well organised and well managed.

The rooms are more distinctive and have two balconies on each of the upper and lower floors. The standard cave hotel is unique and the scenery is very good. It was a little unpleasant thing. The children’s birthday cake was placed in the hotel’s refrigerator the day before yesterday. When the next morning, two cakes were missing. Asked the hotel front desk staff, the front desk did not know why this happened, because it was the children's birthday cake, the children were very unhappy, and I was also the first time in my life to live in a hotel. Overall more like a homestay
