I usually don’t write reviews, but the exceptional service at Sangem Moon Hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of every single staff member. Their friendliness and genuine care make you feel right at home. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. A special mention to my butler, Chase, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending places to visit or attending to every little detail in my room, he handled everything with professionalism and care. There was nothing he couldn’t do! I’d also like to thank Mori, the reception duty manager, for her excellent service. She speaks great English and took such good care of us, making everything smooth and effortless. Another person I’d like to praise is 符阿姨 from housekeeping. She cleaned my room so thoroughly—you can tell she takes her job seriously. She mopped the floor, made everything perfectly organised, and ensured the room was spotless every single day. I also have to commend the hotel management for training their staff so well. The level of professionalism and dedication from every team member is truly impressive. I know people sometimes get tired of overly positive reviews that sound too good to be true, but this is a real review from a real guest. The service here is genuinely exceptional, and you can feel the sincerity in how they treat their guests. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful stay! On our first day, I was blown away by the hostess's hospitality. We arrived late, around 1:30 PM, but they had already turned on the air conditioning in our room. They even helped carry our overweight luggage upstairs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, perfect for a family of four. The bed wasn't overly soft, which was perfect for my herniated disc, allowing me to sleep through the night. I could do some simple DIY in the room or cook in the kitchen. Thirdly, their location is perfect: quiet, perfect for a light sleeper like me. It's also close to attractions like Qingshui Bay Food Street, Qingshui Bay Resort, Sanya Duty Free City, and Atlantis. Because of this, we originally planned to stay for three days before returning, but we stayed an extra day. Unfortunately, our original room was unavailable, so the hostess upgraded us to a suite, which was amazing! The kids were so happy! My husband craved noodles for breakfast, and the hostess went out of her way to make it for him. The service was incredible. This room is really worth the money. Next time I come back, I must stay there again!
