There are sime dust in the room but I can understand as its very near the beach and the 270c window open. The welcome fruit and tea provided us very nice and creative.

Amazing beach views, woke up to the sounds of the waves! Wonderful room service by the staff, friendly greeting and really helpful! It's located within a small town hence 30 minutes ride to town area for food/ night market. Beautiful room and bathtub to soak in while enjoying the view, also there's live band below the area, free music at night haha. However, the toilet is totally transparent and open.... Will be better if there's curtain to protect the privacy.

The hotel location was very convenient and the room was very modern and clean. But the best part was the service! It was the best out of any hotel Ive been to. One staff member (前台小捷) helped us with our every need and texted us through wechat. Highly recommend!!

Everything was excellent. The rooms we booked were so nice just like in the photos. The vibe was really cool, located just beside the beach. Unfortunately, little far from downtown of the city. Service was amazing, staff were extremely friendly offering more services. They suggested us cheaper taxi services and discounts, which was so nice. See view rooms were amazing, the view was incredible. Thank you.

As soon as I entered the town, I immediately felt like I was "out for fun", and it was also full of life. The town is not big, but after walking around for a day and a night, I felt fresh everywhere. This store is located near the sea on Huanglong Road. The parent-child room is quite large and faces the street. The beach is a highlight at night, with fireworks and singing, it is very lively and has a great atmosphere. The service of Beibei at the front desk was great. When we checked out and waited for the car, we were watching the sea on the first-floor platform. The front desk came over and said that if we didn't leave for the time being, they would send us some fruit. It's very heartwarming❤️I will choose Tianya Town when I come to Sanya again and try the sea view room next time

Very comfortable room. My wife and I are very satisfied. Especially the airport drop-off service and fruit service are very thoughtful. You can see the sunrise when you wake up naturally. I strongly recommend this hotel! I also thank the front desk girl for taking care of us and extending our room for an hour. I really don't want to leave
