Our Trip was Fantastic, Memorable, Quality time spent with family in such a nice place, Being Non Chinese Family, its quite difficult to talk with chinese people and we eat vegan Food so its quite difficult to get proper food in China but Hotel Staff Mr. LUCAS solved our all problems. Our Trip was nice just because of LUCAS otherwise we would have gone crazy.

Very new and nice hotel, with a lot of variation of foods for breakfast. Very child friendly. Staff are very accommodating, will return next time.
We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms was upgraded.

I had an amazing stay at Sanya Yalong Bay Xinhua HUALUXE Resort Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the stunning environment. The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront location, luxurious facilities, and impeccable service that made my vacation truly unforgettable. A special thank you to our butler, 辛夷 (Tia), whose thoughtful and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from personalized recommendations to seamless arrangements. Her warm and professional attitude truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. Everything from the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the delicious dining options exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Sanya. I will definitely return!

Amazing hotel for families with kids. Close to the beach. Huge variety of fun for children of every age! The manager on the reception desk whose name is John is a high professional. Because of him the staying in the hotel was even better. He was always online and ready to help:) Definitely this is one of the best hotels in Yalong Bay!

The entire hotel is amazing ! The newest in the area , the bed super comfortable can also choose different types of pillows . The hotel also has their own sun bathing area on the beach. The hotel is a bit far from the airport and downtown but it’s totally worth it . The customer service girl Ruby was really kind and efficient, really good job ! I will be back definitely
