The front desk directly rejected the order from the agent, saying that it must be booked through Huazhu Club. Let me apply for a membership first, and I can get it for free. Then I don’t need to make reservations through an agent anymore. What I am more curious about is, don’t you sell it on Ctrip yourself? How did you go through an agent? For a hotel that costs nearly 300 yuan, what's wrong with providing breakfast? I also want to say something about their hygiene, it was really bad, there were hairs in the pillows and on the bed from nowhere. There were black spots all over the mineral water, so I didn't dare drink it. The room is even smaller, no more than 10 square meters, without even a table or chair. It says 18-23, but be honest, is there so much? Is this how consumers are deceived and misled now? Also, the noise level of the hotel is very high, with airplanes buzzing. I could hear everyone walking and talking outside the door clearly, and I basically couldn't sleep the whole night. If I hadn't checked that other hotels nearby were sold out, I definitely wouldn't have stayed there. Send it to everyone to avoid pitfalls

It was a very pleasant stay experience [frowning]. This perfect trip would not have been possible without the service of this hotel. The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic, patient and gentle in introducing me to local attractions. When checking in, they asked me about my room needs and arranged a room with large space and good lighting for me. I really liked it. They also thoughtfully gave me a steam eye mask and ear plugs as a small gift. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious 😋 with a rich variety. Another particularly good point is that the hotel has a free laundry room, which can also be used for drying! I highly recommend this hotel and will give priority to Hanting Hotel next time.

The room was very small and there wasn't enough space for both of our backpacks. Moreover, the air-conditioning outlet is facing one of the beds. This season, the hotel is equipped with spring and autumn quilts. The bed with the air-conditioning outlet turned on cannot bear the blowing. It wakes me up from the heat without turning on the air-conditioning. I have to turn it on and off all night. Several times! ! ! The most dissatisfying Hanting hotel I have ever stayed in.
