The service is very good and all needs are met. But this store should be a remodel of an old store, so there are some problems. The first is that the sewer smells bad when taking a shower. Second, the air conditioner in the room has a serious musty smell. The hotel's breakfast is also very average, not a bit worse than Quanzhou Atour where I stayed. The service is the worst I have ever stayed at Atour. I had to rush three times to deliver things. I waited until after 9 o'clock until after 10 o'clock. I did laundry twice. The wrong clothes were delivered the first time and I called the front desk three times to find them twice. The clothes were delivered for washing the next morning. I was promised to wait for an hour, but not only were they not washed properly, but after urging me twice to get the clothes, they were not washed. The clothes were sent back as they were. I was really speechless. When I was getting ready to go out early in the morning and passed by the front desk, three or four employees openly talked about the guests and made comments and complaints. The management really needs to be improved. The only thing that made people feel comfortable was the restaurant. The service was quite enthusiastic. They patiently explained the surrounding environment and gave suggestions.
