前台樑虹服務態度很好，酒店還有一片大園林，感覺呼吸都清澈了，房間配備的設施和設備都很齊全，舒適衞生，從酒店後面出去就是沙灘，走幾分鐘就到天涯小鎮了，吃跟玩都非常方便，天氣好的話可以上13樓看看日落，景色真的非常美麗。

這次出行入住天涯藍海酒店體驗超棒！必須誇誇前台的陳慧檸，辦理入住時不僅效率高，還為我們安排了免費升級到了海景房，風景非常棒。房間打掃得一塵不染，設施擺放規整，床品乾淨舒適。酒店大堂也非常整潔，綠植生機勃勃。這家酒店訂房還送接送機服務，石師傅接的我們，非常準時，和我們講當地的習俗文化，和周邊景點。下次還來！

體驗感非常好，陳鍾鴻服務很貼心，白天三亞天氣較熱，我們出門剛好經過前台，主動熱情打招呼並遞了幾瓶礦泉水，還問夠不夠喝，還提醒了我們出門注意防曬，像回到家裡感覺一樣，哈哈，果斷又續住了1天，房間很乾凈，好新，有浴缸，升級了海景房，周邊吃飯也很方便，步行幾分鐘就到天涯小鎮，去天涯海角景區玩得很開心，酒店樓頂的風景也很City，隨手出大片，酒店擁有自己的泳池和酒吧在13樓，點上1杯特調的雞尾酒，坐着吹着風，欣賞着户外的美景，心情格外的美麗，下次來三亞旅行首選必來這裏。

這次出差，本來想着離機場近一些方便第二天去趕飛機，但是這家酒店真的超出預期。
一進房間，整潔程度就讓人眼前一亮，床鋪平整，地面乾淨得反光，衞生間也沒有任何異味，細節之處盡顯用心。
前台的陳慧檸小姐姐服務態度尤其值得稱讚，辦理入住時不僅效率高，還貼心地幫忙升級房型，耐心推薦周邊美食。
酒店的健身房、餐廳的環境也相當不錯。以後可以帶家人來玩兒，就是小童玩兒的地方不多，希望酒店以後可以多多建設。

這次在酒店的體驗，是我最好的一次酒店體驗。床鋪超級舒適在這裏住宿體驗絕佳！！！房間乾淨整潔，180℃海景體驗，從陽台拍照椰樹，大海與藍天，也十分出片。打開落地窗，躺在床上還能聽到海浪拍擊沙灘的聲音，有一種聽潮起潮落看雲捲雲舒的感覺，十分舒適愜意。
入住到退房體驗都很好，13樓的泳池拍照絕美，還可以看到西島和南海觀音。
剛好附近有一個最近比較火的天涯小鎮，吃飯什麼都很方便。
當然，得益於酒店管家倪德嬌小姐姐的貼心服務，提供了以酒店為導向的小小攻略，幫助我更好在旅行體驗。

這次入住天涯藍海酒店的整體體驗太舒服了，硬件設施和服務質量都達到了國際標準，服務態度非常好！客房寬敞明亮，落地窗設計讓海景與沙灘一覽無餘，床品柔軟舒適，枕頭軟硬兼備，衞浴區乾濕分離做得很好！早餐種類，我的媽，那叫一個豐富，重慶小麪的特色和本地特色菜品是亮點。2樓的圖書室也是一大亮點，環境好，藏書豐富，環境優雅，還有2樓的以茶會友，真的很好，雖然短暫的坐了十幾分鍾，時間很少，但是服務態度極好！前台辦理入住效率高，夜班服務員主動幫忙代收快遞令人暖心。出租車落客區環境好！總體而言，性價比較相當的高！特別推薦給商務出行旅客！
