海棠灣最具性價比的酒店出門方便距離免税店、餐飲街都很近酒店裡設施齊全尤其適合帶孩子我們孩子從7歲到 13歲每年都來都玩不膩這次特別感謝Joyce對我們無微不至的關照有賓至如歸的感受尤其在台風來的那天第一次經歷難免恐慌 Joyce小姐姐耐心安撫專業解答我們的一切疑問連軸兩天的高強度工作也總是精神飽滿微笑面對心生敬佩這次颱風劍魚酒店硬件很強很抗打讓我們住店客人非常安心滿意颱風來的兩天泳池關閉了室內遊樂場免費對住店客人開放也彰顯了酒店管理層的人性化對比周圍很多酒店，香格里拉的優勢就體現出來了餐飲食材不糊弄不是那種華而不實的讓大人孩子長者都有選擇總而言之很滿意👍

聽朋友的介紹選擇了香格里拉，感受非常棒～！帶着孩子一起來玩，Rodri提前加了微信，給小朋友送禮物，還幫我們延遲退房，隨時可以幫我預約玩的項目，有什麼問題馬上解決，高層～視野很好！樓下吃的也很方便，今年房間還能點餐味道很棒。每天人很多但是沒感覺很擠，服務員真的每一刻都在忙碌。總體感覺很棒，下次還會再來。

很少住香格里拉這次有點小驚喜來的時候和管家Rodri提到喝茶多預備水沒想到進門就看到十幾瓶飲用水已經放好了和前台要個託盤沒想到給了我一個專業茶盤好感度拉滿了老品牌酒店硬件基本都是水準之上沒啥好説的服務確實也算細緻了中間跟管家説感覺房間有點潮除濕機也給用上了被子也換了新的反正一切皆順心性價比也好推薦

Shangri La Sanya is great! The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and the food is really good and fresh. We ate twice at the restaurants and food was great. The swimming pools are awesome for children!!! They loved it.

This hotel was excellent. There are 2 pools, both very clean and large. The staff also frequently check the pool and maintain it in excellent condition. The highlight….the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!! It had multiple stations including BBQ, noodles, traditional dim sum, western breakfast options, Thai/malay curry, pastries, desserts and an excellent assortment of fresh tropical fruit. They had guava, passion fruit and fresh melons. Would definitely come again and stay longer so that I can see other parts of the island.
