On the first day, my child had a good time playing in the sea and called the shuttle bus back to the hotel. After waiting for about ten minutes, the shuttle bus arrived but was unwilling to pick us up. The reason was that someone else had called for it, but the child was tired and cold. I just wanted the child to be there. We sat on the shuttle bus for a while and waited for the guests she picked up to arrive before we got off the bus. The aunt looked reluctant and waited on the bus for another fifteen minutes. During this period, she called the front desk many times to ask them to send a shuttle quickly. , the front desk said it was arranged but in fact there was no arrangement at all. In the end, the person the aunt wanted to pick up was not picked up and she sent us back to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw 2 cars parked at the door and no car was sent to pick us up at all. 2. The next day, I asked the front desk if I could check out later. The front desk immediately said that it was fully booked and there was no way to arrange it. In fact, I saw that Ctrip had available rooms for every room type. If you didn’t want to check out later, just tell me. There was no need to lie.

The most annoying thing is that I originally booked a room because there was a swimming pool in the yard, but ended up not allowing swimming at 9pm. They said it needed to be disinfected. Swimming was allowed after 9am the next morning, but I had to wait the next morning. Wait, the children asked several times, and they were told to wait for a while until the water was turned on. After 10 o'clock, they were told that repairs were needed and they still couldn't swim. When they checked out, they couldn't swim. The children were very disappointed and very emotional. When booking a room, a free travel photoshoot and two cups of black tea were provided. After check-in and departure, no black tea was given. For the travel photoshoot, I called the front desk the next morning to inquire and was told that I had to make an appointment myself without any reminder. I hung up the phone before I finished speaking. This is really important in the service industry. There were no basic polite words. This was the first time I encountered him. The price of 575 really doesn’t match. Other hotels that day without a swimming pool or breakfast cost about 200.
