房間大小如圖一，床單多小地方破損 ，被褥發黴，房間兩個角落看見了蜘蛛，牆面有破損，靠近馬路邊膈音不行，都是聽見車聲，浴巾衹看見兩條，還掉線了，看着就是用很久。
