This is a good choice if you want to be very close to the beach. It’s originally one flat that was divided into three bedrooms and each one has its own separate bathroom. The rooms could be very quite if the guests are quiet, which was the case when I stayed there. But I assume it could get noisy if one of guests doesn’t have courtesy to others. In the morning, some neighbors were smoking and light smell could reach the room from the bathroom ventilation and balcony door.

the room is little - ok for one people. Never visited the room during these 7 days. No TV. Food is to eat outside - and this was ok. Next time a new room.

The hotel is well located. The only thing is that it is difficult to find. I pestered the security guard in the parking lot, he called the owner and he himself came for me. The owner upgraded the room with a window, which was ordered without. Thank him very much for this.
You can get there yourself through the parking lot, there is a security guard sitting at a table, cute, then you need to find a door, literally 100 meters to walk and there is an elevator (on the 4th floor, but it was not exactly the owner's closet)
