So nice to be there spending my first visit sanya is a huge hotel with 4 pool and many kids facilities but they also separate the adult area I like the view and the room is very comfortable

I personally really did not enjoying my stay at this hotel. I felt it was more of a mainstream Chinese tour group hotel than an international high-end brand. The breakfast was so busy full of so many people the swimming pools were really bad. Are they too small and weird shaped and closed. you can’t swim on the beach here. There was only two check in staff for 1 million people so expect to have to wait to check in. If you have kids, maybe it’s fine but for Western tourists especially those without kids I would strongly recommend not to stay here.

We had a great stay in Sheraton. Staff were very cooperative especially Olivia at the front desk. She guided me for everything. Resort has many swimming pools of different depths. Environment was like a home. Room was very beautiful without any smell. Breakfast was very delicious. Few things which annoyed us was the long queue to wait for breakfast outside the feast restaurant and no air conditioner in the Lobby. It was too hot and humid in the lobby and it was too difficult to sit there for few minutes. Over all our stay was good and we will go there again.

my second stay in this hotel in less then 2 years.
Everything is Sheraton standard. Receiption staff (i guess name was alina on 11th November), she help me alot and did not leave unless i resolve my issue (car charging issue with 3rd party) she spend 5-10 min , until unless we solved. Thanks alot

My family and i had a great time in sheraton haitang Resort & we stayed in the family suite with Seaview facing for 2 nights. The children love the sea theme bed room so much.
There are alot of activities that keep the young children occupied and stay in resort throughout the stay.
Last but not least, i like to compliment Iris for her exceptional service & hospitality. She take great care of our needs during the stay.
highly reccomend to anyone who wish to have a fuss free holiday with families.
