入住三亞文華東方酒店，最幸運的莫過於遇上管家Jeremy！我們三代人出行，長者腿腳不便、孩子活潑好動，Jeremy從接機時就提前安排好輪椅和小童推車，全程貼心照料。入住後他主動詢問長者的飲食禁忌，幫我們定製清淡餐食送到房間；得知孩子想玩沙，特意準備好挖沙工具和防曬用品。每天都會主動問候我們的起居情況，遇到任何需求都第一時間響應，深夜幫我們解決房間空調故障的事更是讓人感動。他的主動和細心，讓我們的三亞之旅充滿温暖，真心為Jeremy點贊！

三亞文華東方真的太適合度假了，住得超舒心！園區綠植超密，特別清凈，私密性滿分，走幾步就是私屬沙灘，沙子細軟不硌腳，海水清透能看到小魚，拍照巨出片。房間寬敞乾淨，陽台能直接看海，吹着海風超愜意，床品舒服睡得香，備品用着也順手。
重點誇下Kiki，服務超熱情積極，全程超貼心。到店就有歡迎水果，辦理入住很快，還主動給我們講酒店裡的打卡點和好吃的，有需求找她秒迴應，一點不拖沓。知道我們想體驗浮潛，特意提醒最佳時間和注意事項，還幫忙預約擺渡車接送，細節照顧得特別到位，暖心又靠譜。
整體滿意度滿分，環境美、服務棒，尤其是Kiki的貼心服務，讓人倍感温暖。已經推薦給朋友，下次來三亞必覆住！

前幾天一直留在艾迪遜，就給文華東方留了一天，我就應該多在文華多住幾天的！
真不是尬吹，人少，度假感拉滿。玻璃海和椰林以及酒店公區很出片，有各式亭子，拍照很好看。缺點沒有大片細膩的沙灘，供你在沙灘上狂奔。這片海要比海棠灣更出片，更透亮，而且天晴的時候那種感覺真的太棒了
服務更是拉滿，不愧是文華東方，我本來是預訂了觀海軒的基礎房，Jessica小姐姐直接幫我升級為海風閣，海邊近在眼前。入住期間，也是向我提供了很多幫助，包括詢問了一些我後續的行程安排，並給我延遲退房。我還和前台小姐姐要了很多新的房卡留作紀念（房卡卡面是酒店的扇子封面，每家文華東方都有自己的扇子）
明年再來，以後死磕文華東方，真的不得不服！

酒店公區超級大，一步一景，非常漂亮出片。房間裝修比較古早，並沒有網上説的那麼破，風格其實挺度假風的。感謝管家Jessica幫我們預訂了網紅房間，離海超近！也貼心為我們佈置了蜜月房間，玫瑰花比很多花店賣的還要新鮮！還準備了蛋糕以及超大份水果拼盤。酒店公區很大，可以隨時聯繫Jessica幫忙叫擺渡車。預訂的套餐包含浮潛，上岸後很冷，Jessica還專門送了兩大壺薑湯，超級暖心！總之酒店超乎預期。説一下缺點，1.房間地板的確比較顯臟，打掃衞生不是很仔細，吹風機上纏了很多上一個的頭髮。一次性洗漱用品上一天拆開的還放在裏面，沒有補新的。2.酒店和伯爵旅拍有合作，所以伯爵旅拍的人時時霸佔著網紅打卡點，想自己拍照要等很久才能見縫插針進去。3.也不完全算缺點，浮潛的水很混，魚比較少，體驗感不是很好。總之瑕不掩瑜，酒店總體很棒

房間雖然老舊，但打掃得挺乾淨，也沒有碰到蚊蟲問題，公區風景一絕，飯後散步非常愜意。管家Jeremy提前加了微信，知道長者身體不好，各方面給予特殊關照，有求必應，三天時間過得很是愉快，期待明年再見。
