感覺還不錯，入住時送項鍊，提前會有守護天使加微信，我的守護天使是Becky，房間房型安排的也很好，各種活動也都給預約，服務很好。酒店生意挺好的，人有些多，適合喜歡熱鬧的人羣，房間夜床服務很到位，每天還有海螺贈送，我這次住的2208號房，負責我們這個區域的客房服務人員打掃衞生非常及時到位，好評！自助晚餐是本次的亮點，氛圍挺好的。不足的地方是酒店早餐稍顯單調，餐廳桌椅的舒適度不是很好，也比較擁擠，需要錯峯用餐，早一點去體驗要好一些。還有就是退房時幫忙拿行李的響應速度要慢一些，需要提前做好規劃。總體還是滿意的，推薦並會再次入住。

我們入住的是麗思軒，房間非常寬敞明亮，裝修是經典的中式奢華風格，又不失現代便利。陽台視野絕佳，碧藍的泳池和壯麗的海景一覽無餘，每天在陽台上看日出日落都成了一種享受。床品極度舒適，夜床服務也很用心，還會送上🐚，細節之處盡顯關懷。

先説優點，有管家提前聯繫接待，入住很快。進酒店會有小獅子貝殼項鍊作為歡迎，早飯還可以，鹵雞爪和牛肉粉味道不錯，房間還算乾淨，硬件設施整體算正常水平，大部分服務態度還不錯。
然後説缺點，有幾個在入住過程中不是很舒服的點。
早飯讓服務員幫忙收走剩盤子，她直接把手裡其他桌吃剩的盤子放我們桌上，挨着我們還沒吃的食物，然後又當面把我們的剩菜倒在一個盤子裏，從來沒見過哪家酒店在你吃早飯的時候，直接當面倒剩菜，不是倒在什麼垃圾桶之類，而是直接從一個盤子倒到另外一個盤子。我理解她這個行為是為了一次性多拿幾個盤子，但是實在影響食慾和觀感，完全可以告知一下等會再來拿……
還有我們訂的是泳池房，看不到海景，就去公區泳池躺椅看海景，一開始躺着看了會，想去沙灘邊躺會，走到沙灘邊發現風太大又回到公區躺椅繼續躺，剛躺下沒多久，服務員突然出現在你身後，給我們送水和毛巾，這算是貼心的服務，但是接下來她問了房號，我配合告知了，然後又緊接着問了姓什麼，説要登記，雖然當下配合告訴了，但這個做法讓人有點不舒服了，當時那邊躺椅幾乎沒人，不知道她是看我從沙灘邊走過來以為我蹭公區躺椅還是什麼，如果要登記直接我一開始過來躺的時候完全就可以貼心送水並且登記，而不是在我躺了一段時間離開又折返後過來送水問房號問姓名。
