The closest railway station to this airport is yalong bay railway station which is about 25 mins away. We had a seaview room, offering unobstructed views of the sea. Check-in was smooth, and there was even a small room with light snacks which guests can wait in if the room is ready. One of the hotel staff - Minnie - added us on wechat. She constantly checked in on us by asking us how our stay was / whether we had a good night's rest and provided prompt replies on when we asked her for any help via the platform. Lounge was amazing, with plenty of food during tea and evening canapés. Tea time could get a bit busy, but other meal times were fine. The lounge staff were excellent - Nikki, Suki, Mia, Lilly and Lillian were friendly and helpful and provided exceptional service. I recently enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay at Sofitel Sanya, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. My pool access room was incredibly convenient, and the amenities were consistently stocked. I had the pleasure of having Murca Xiao Liu as my WeChat contact throughout my stay, who was attentive to my requests and ensured I was having an enjoyable experience. The surrounding atmosphere was simply idyllic, with stunning beaches, beautiful pools, and abundant greenery. The dining options were impressive, offering a lovely variety of delicious food. The gym facilities were also top-notch, perfect for keeping up with my routine. Overall, my time at Sofitel Sanya was delightful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
