This is an old hotel. Honestly, this one needs renovation in all aspects! If you like modern chic hotels well this one is Not for you! The spot is very nice near at the airport. Walking distance at the beach.

I will stay here when either arriving late or leaving early from Boston. The staff is wonderful and the location can’t be beat.

The room is so big, and the location is really good. The beach is just across the street from the swimming pool. It is also very close to the airport, so you don't have to get up so early to catch the flight. The front desk service is also very good. I will definitely stay here again next time

The hotel is located on the first line. It has a swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court, a shop, a pharmacy and 2 cafes. One cafe is Chinese, the other is Kazakh.
Pros:
1. Location, the sea is across the road.
2. Responsive staff
3. Large territory
4. Availability of a gym
5. 15 minutes from the airport by car.
Cons:
1. The hotel grounds themselves are not very well cleaned (common areas)
2. A huge number of Kazakhs. Since there is a cafe there, buses arrive and evict them: for dinner, for accommodation. There are more Kazakhs than Chinese.
Overall, the hotel is decent. Cleaning every day, water. Also, if you take rooms with a garden view, be prepared for the fact that planes land and take off, the airport is nearby. With a sea view - live music and noise from the cafe. From the market 20-30 minutes walk, 10 minutes by car.
