Our stay at the Westin Hotel was wonderful, special thanks especially to Lila, our room assistant. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Sanya.
I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Calvin Han. He is super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even gave us suggestions on where to go with children. Definitely went above and beyond his role, providing exceptional service!
Cuiye Yuan, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless every day & greeted us every morning. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to the Westin Hotel in the near future. Thank you again for the yummy coconuts and fruit platters!

The hotel is great, nice room, nice pools, perfect location (just beside cdf). But the best thing is the service, very prompt and efficient. Thanks to Damon for his priceless attitude. Only a note: the restaurant offers international cuisine, but their Pizza isn't really a Pizza. Chinese cuisine instead is really superlative

The pools are amazing at this hotel, and is super friendly for kids. Since the moment we arrived to the hotel the staff was super friendly. We were very pleased having Erin from Westin hotel staff to take care of us all days we stayed there, she helped us making our stay at the hotel really pleasant, Erin was extremely attentive with our family during our stay. Thanks Erin!, hope to find you at Westin again in few months as we are planing to book there again!

A very satisfying vacation journey. Before checking in, the butler Lulu contacted me in advance to confirm the arrival time at the hotel to ensure smooth check-in. Although there were not too many popular rooms recently, they tried their best to coordinate with me to the appropriate floor. The room is very clean, and the hotel environment is very good. The large swimming pool is very clean. Adjacent to the beach, breakfast was also very rich. After staying for two days, we promptly cleaned our room. It was very embarrassing that I lost my room card while dining at the beach restaurant at night. I sent a message to Lulu at the door and helped me get a new room card within 5 minutes. The efficiency was very fast and the process was very timely. Thank you very much to Lulu. Unfortunately, this trip was quite rushed and I didn't have a deeper experience! I hope to have more time to check in again next time! Overall, I am very satisfied. Recommended!

Great hotel for family holiday. Staff is so courteous and go beyond their scope to help you out.
+ The hotel has 4 different pools to enjoy with a special 400m canal to paddle boat.
+ Private beach
+ Multiple restaurants within the property (japanese, chinese & multicuisine). Buffet Dinner is so good value for money with large spread of fresh seafood.

My stay at the Westin Hotel was an exceptional experience. Every meal was absolutely perfect, and the beautiful landscaping, pool, and the kindness of the staff were top-notch. The one-on-one service provided by Damon was at a VIP level, and despite being a foreigner, I felt completely comfortable. I sincerely appreciate their efforts to anticipate and meet the needs of guests in advance.
