The Hotel was amazing got upgraded to superior room from standard room, the girl Doris was always helpful, breakfast is very nice , location is not far from the beach , very clean and calm place to have rest.

So so. A bit like a dorm. Russian dorm. Breakfast was not bad, and staff was nice. Very far from the airport. Transfer "not included," and the "gifts" were mostly for other valued guests, not for us. My "good review" isn't included in the price either, although it's actually average. The bathroom is clean, but the floors are dirty.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and the beautiful, green, and well-maintained hotel grounds. The beach is just a short walk away, and there’s also a market and a large supermarket about 1.5 km from the hotel where you can buy everything you need.
Special thanks to the manager, Doris, who was always available and responded promptly to any question or request.
The hotel also offers the opportunity to have a photo session — these incredible pictures will warm our hearts until our next visit. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and also near shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast could have had more variety, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

這次來三亞亞龍灣，選星華套房假日酒店真是選對了，剛到酒店就覺得特別舒服，工作人員很熱情，幫着拿行李、辦入住，一點不拖沓。尤其要誇Vincent，我辦入住時問了好多問題——比如附近哪家海鮮排檔不坑人、泳池開放到幾點，他都講得特別細，還主動給我畫了個小路線圖，説步行去海灘怎麼走最快，感覺比自己做的攻略還實用，特別周到。房間也超出預期，八十多平的套房，客廳和卧室分開，陽台還能看到點綠植，早上起來曬曬太陽特別舒服。裏面有小廚房，簡單弄點吃的很方便。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗澡不會弄得到處是水，住着很清爽。酒店裡的設施也夠逛，無邊泳池顏值高，水特別乾淨，下午在池邊躺椅上吹吹風，看着遠處的樹影，感覺所有煩心事都沒了。早餐在嗨碗餐廳吃的，海南粉、清補涼都有，還有現煎的蛋和培根，種類多還新鮮。出門步行五六分鐘就是亞龍灣的沙灘，沙子細得踩上去軟軟的，晚上吃完飯去散散步特別愜意。周邊也有不少小館子，想吃點當地菜或者海鮮都很方便。下次再來三亞，肯定還住這兒！要是還能碰到Vincent，一定要再跟他説聲謝謝，這趟旅行的好心情，有一半是這酒店和他的服務給的～

我們定了三張床的套房，前台給免費升級了海景房。酒店服務特別好，一進酒店就有小服務人員前來歡迎，幫忙開車門提行李。我們入住的幾天天氣特別好，打開窗外面就是大海的蔚藍，植物的葱綠，窗外美得像一幅畫。酒店公區和價格略高的華邑共用，華邑的小童遊樂設施均可憑假日房卡使用。和華邑算是一家但是風格不同的兩個酒店。親子出遊假日是非常不錯的選擇。酒店隔着一條馬路就是海，陽光好的時候海特別藍。同時酒店離擁有私人海灘的美高梅，瑞吉，萬豪那些距離也是很近的。吃飯的話它離博鰲夜市，亞龍灣夜市都特別近。

房間很大適合家庭出行，乾淨温馨，早餐品種豐富也很好吃。性價比很高，所以入住的人很多，假期辦理入住需要等待一些時間。和華邑共用設施，距離也不遠。但是離海灘有一些距離，少了些度假感、但整體還不錯了。入住的時候正好是颱風天，也算獨特的體驗了。
