These apartments are an ideal option for a family holiday. 1. Gorgeous views from the room, 2. Projector for movies, 3. Kitchen for cooking, 4. One of the best beaches of Sanya is a couple of minutes walk away. We celebrated the New Year here and we got a lot of positive impressions!
P.S. be prepared that the reception is located in another building 5 minutes away. There is no problem, after registration they took us by car. All further communication took place via WeChat

The service apartment was in a very bad condition. Toilet & bad room ceiling was leaking. Pots and other utensils in the kitchen were rosted. Kitchen was not useable. Mold was in most of the rooms and in bathrooms.The apartment was not cleaned before handing over to us. Electricity was not available on the first night . Technician had to come in the night to fix the electricity. The apartment representative promised to give us a different apartment after our second night. But didn’t honour her promise. We terminated our stay in the apartment and moved out after the third night. We had to pay a penalty equivalent to the price of one night before moving out of the apartment, although we informed the owner one day in advance.
We were very disappointed!

It's pretty good, there are a lot of delicious food nearby; it's also close to the sea, there are a lot of bars on the beach, and it's not too noisy at night. I slept well after staying for a few days in a row 😄

The room is big and close to the beach. The beach is a good place to catch seafood. The kids said they didn't want to leave, but we have booked another hotel. Otherwise, we would have stayed for another day.
