酒店非常有設計感，裝修的不錯，衞生乾淨，夜景很漂亮，晚上還有入夜儀式的表演，距離海邊非常近。早餐非常豐盛，種類多樣，度假比較好。但是離市區比較遠，如果有車會很方便。
海棠灣附近不像市區那麼有煙火氣，大晚上感覺還有點荒涼，但進了酒店門口感覺還不錯。第一天到的比較晚，發現窗簾壞了，第二天前台給換了房間。貼心的送了水果。

酒店很新 很乾凈 整體有一種日式極簡風格 早餐也比較豐盛 泳池非常棒 滿足大人小孩 孩子非常喜歡水滑梯🛝 兒子還參加了滑草和沖浪體驗 都挺好玩 希望活動可以再豐富一些 小童無動力設施 有半室內和室外 都很好玩 管家服務很貼心 也是有求必應 絕對是海棠灣高性價比度假酒店

首先，酒店設計都是為木和石而設計的，令人感到自然環境舒適。
因為颱風原因，酒店到處都是葉子，但是酒店員工一直在打掃，處理掉自然垃圾和地上的水。
房間很乾凈，床很舒服，浴缸很乾凈。洗澡的東西是用oak做的，我也很喜歡。
最後，酒店的自助餐很好吃，價格很低。吃的我都胖了兩公斤

從入住到離店酒店全程很貼心，工作人員服務很棒，主動給介紹了周邊的遊玩和美食，離景區很近，出行很方便，吃飯很便捷，停車很快，房間有歡迎水果和礦泉水，入住期間有任何需求響應也很及時處理，解決問題速度很快，連幫忙代收快遞都很及時，體驗感滿分，睡眠體驗超級棒，隔音效果很理想，入住的很舒適，床墊和枕頭軟硬適中，床品親膚透氣，遮光窗簾絕佳，隔音效果也很好，一覺睡到自然醒，房間温度適宜，空氣很清新，徹底告別了失眠困擾的煩惱。

位置相對其他酒店來説比較偏，離林旺夜市和海昌不夜城很近，晚上去吃吃不錯～裝修什麼的比較新，酒店維護的也不錯，是我喜歡的簡約風～提前一天有管家聯繫我，服務也很好，響應很快。地下車庫確實入口蠻窄，車技不行可以用地上車位，不夠位置比較少。室外泳池不錯，在植物掩映中。穿過馬路可以到海灘，但是衹有那一個口可以出入，別的出口超級遠。but有一天上午吃過早餐來健身房鍛鍊（正在正常使用固定器械），突然有個女的帶着小孩沖上來大發雷霆，質問我們健身房營業多久（24h自助健身房欸），説我們吵到她孩子白天上網課了，並且前一天晚上也是吵到凌晨讓她們睡不好（盲猜應該是因為健身房旁邊有酒吧），建議酒店淡季不要給偏好安靜的客人安排這種房間哈。另外，該女士也真是離譜，其他度假客人沒有義務在休息時間以外為您保持絕對安靜，並且有問題您應該跟酒店聯繫，而不是對着其他客人歇斯底里。

工作人員服務很棒[強]這次定了兩個房間，提前安排了優先入住和小果盤和小童用品，工作人員還發了一份周邊的美食和水果市場推薦不錯👍👍
入夜儀式也很不錯，有個放許願小船的小細節，很用心，晚上會開一個投影燈，把大堂中間的樹和人影打到牆上，非常有意境！
