It was the first time for me to stay in a hotel with my child in the New Year. I chose Aranya, which has a large outdoor lawn.
Before I checked in, Manager Sumi Wu called me to upgrade the room for us and arrange the baby's birthday decoration. I was really surprised when I entered the room yesterday. Even if it was just a cake, I would have been very happy and grateful. There were printed photos, handwritten cards, balloons and banners (the scene was comparable to a proposal!)
During the stay, Manager Wu also took care of us meticulously and kept confirming if there were any other needs.
Even the service after check-out was impeccable.
Really, this is the first time I feel that the check-in experience is so good because of a staff member of the hotel. Thanks again Sumi🙏🏻
p.s. The only flaw is that the flushing sound of the toilet is really loud. I dare not go to the toilet in the middle of the night for fear of waking up the child😂
