Hotels with Parking in Sanya

I had a pleasant stay. The room is very small, but clean. The furniture is old and a little out dated. The hotel staff including the concierge were friendly and accommodating, Vanessa was the only staff to speak English. She gave me so much help and services. The hotel location is great with a private lounger on the beach. The breakfast was rich. The hotel allowed me to check out late which was nice of them, I had an afternoon flight.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

Location is very good. There is a dining street just behind the hotel called Waimao street. The is a smaller mall near the hotel too. Opposite is the beach with a fantastic view. You can see the sunset from the hotel balcony. It is full of people whether young or old dancing regularly. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit old. And the water pressure for shower is low. Also the wifi is extremely slow. Prepare your 4G or 5G.

Had a great time. Front desk and Housekeeping were very accommodating with our frivolous request. Breakfast is mostly Chinese but timing is vast and lasts till 10:30 AM. They have many swimming pools and the beach is accessible between 6:00 to 23:00 Hrs. Beware of the sea currents on the beach. Overall a very satisfying stay.

We recently stayed at a villa in Sanya through Trip.com and also experienced the wonderful hospitality of The Palace Resort Yalong Bay Sanya. From the moment we arrived, Bill, a staff member at the resort, added us on WeChat and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for us. While January was a bit chilly, we only used the Villa pool on the first day. However, the resort has a hot jacuzzi by the pool in Villa, which was perfect for the cooler weather. We simply messaged Bill on WeChat, and he promptly ensured we had access to it, which was a great touch. The resort’s location is excellent, with Yalong Bay beach just a short distance away, making it very convenient. If you’re traveling with kids under 10 years old, the free indoor play center within the resort is a fantastic feature. Our children had an amazing time there, and it added so much value to our stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this resort. The combination of beautiful surroundings, family-friendly amenities, and exceptional service from staff like Bill made our trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to visit again! Staying at Crowne Plaza was an absolute joy. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. The area where the hotel is located is peaceful and serene. The rooms are clean and specious. I was so pleased to get an upgrade although the season seems to be really busy here. The sea view is stunning. The hotel has got an amazing pool as well with all amenities needed. It was just lovely to relax and unwind next to the pool or at the balcony. All the meals were delicious, especially breakfast. Perhaps staff/waiters at the restaurant could work on their communication in English which would make them more approachable. The absolute highlight was meeting an exceptionally skilled and professional member of staff Spring, who’s responsible for guests relations. His English was amazing and he was extremely helpful, from the moment I checked in to the very last minute of my stay at the hotel. He made my stay here even more special. Overall, I must say that the Crowne Plaza hotel in Sanya and their staff have exceeded my expectations and I am so looking forward to being back.

As always the Pullman Oceanview convinces with its beautiful setting, lush gardens, wonderful pools and directly on the beach. It’s situated on Sanya‘s coconut dream corridor, a name never better given. Thanks to Eva to welcoming us back, we never regret coming here and will come back again. The Resort offers a great variety of breakfast options both Western and Chinese, as well as different dinner options on site and our favorite Italian Restaurant Casa Mia just up the road. See you soon Sanya- we‘re looking forward to our next stay.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

once in advance it could be perfect if one don’t book a sea view room and expect to enjoy this view sitting on the balcony 😢pls see the pictures like a tge great wall) The place and facilities are nice, breakfast excellent and the dishes of the chinese restaurant is incredible delicious, 😋the spa massage very professional (buy a coupon is recommend) 🧐the staff mainly does not speaking english a lot of information are in Russian, the complaints are about some strange rules for smoking, some persons it’s permitted others not, to take a glass from restaurant to the lobby is not allowed and so on, okay this is not a big deal but it would be easier to enjoy if the rules are better clear. finally don’t play the pick up a puppet the arms too weak at all to take out a puppet finally not really what we expected from Hilton any way thanks to the staff all from trainee to manager take care for our needs
