Spa Hotels in Sanya

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

A hotel with exceptional conditions, the staff very friendly the clean rooms, it is perfectly noticeable that it is not a 5-star hotel, because there is no maintenance in the hotel... It has a beautiful swimming pool and gardens, but the pool for example does not have the jets connected, and the jacuzzi area is also not working, no room service... It inherited the structure of Anantara but the management of the hotel is noted that it does not want to invest in the hotel, it just wants to manage and when something spoils it does not repair itself and when there is nothing else the hotel closes... It has the potential to be a Of the best hotels in Sanya but there is no investment, unfortunately. In short, it has 5-star hotel conditions but due to lack of maintenance it is a 3/4 star hotel at most.

The JW Marriott Hotel Sanya is truly an exceptional place to stay. The hotel's location is superb, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. The facilities are excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The dining options are diverse and delicious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Five stars!I would like to give a five-star review to the staff member KAZAKOV at JW Marriott Hotel Sanya . KAZAKOV is extremely professional and friendly. His service is impeccable. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always there with a smile on his face and ready to help. He made my stay at the hotel truly memorable. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guests have a wonderful experience is truly remarkable.

Had a great time. Front desk and Housekeeping were very accommodating with our frivolous request. Breakfast is mostly Chinese but timing is vast and lasts till 10:30 AM. They have many swimming pools and the beach is accessible between 6:00 to 23:00 Hrs. Beware of the sea currents on the beach. Overall a very satisfying stay.

We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.

Peaceful, beautiful, comfortable. Third time here. One complaint. In the morning I really had to rush to get back from exercising for breakfast before closing at 10:30. When I walked in at 10:10 staff started cleaning the name tags off buffet etc. The cleaner was even mopping around my feet while I was eating. People come here to have a holiday. I understand the staff have to do their jobs etc but breakfast should be a more peaceful experience. Previously I had the same issue with the breakfast.

Staying at Crowne Plaza was an absolute joy. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. The area where the hotel is located is peaceful and serene. The rooms are clean and specious. I was so pleased to get an upgrade although the season seems to be really busy here. The sea view is stunning. The hotel has got an amazing pool as well with all amenities needed. It was just lovely to relax and unwind next to the pool or at the balcony. All the meals were delicious, especially breakfast. Perhaps staff/waiters at the restaurant could work on their communication in English which would make them more approachable. The absolute highlight was meeting an exceptionally skilled and professional member of staff Spring, who’s responsible for guests relations. His English was amazing and he was extremely helpful, from the moment I checked in to the very last minute of my stay at the hotel. He made my stay here even more special. Overall, I must say that the Crowne Plaza hotel in Sanya and their staff have exceeded my expectations and I am so looking forward to being back.

As always the Pullman Oceanview convinces with its beautiful setting, lush gardens, wonderful pools and directly on the beach. It’s situated on Sanya‘s coconut dream corridor, a name never better given. Thanks to Eva to welcoming us back, we never regret coming here and will come back again. The Resort offers a great variety of breakfast options both Western and Chinese, as well as different dinner options on site and our favorite Italian Restaurant Casa Mia just up the road. See you soon Sanya- we‘re looking forward to our next stay.

Overall pleasant stay (4/5), I will just post what I think could be the expected improvement points in such a high occupancy hotel. First the room, there was an unpleasant smell, (not smoke or sluice or cleanliness) which didn’t improve with ventilation. I had the chance to visit several other rooms, same issue. The sound proofing of windows had definitely to be improved, probably replacing seals: I was in tower A, 12th floor (so quite high), it’s not acceptable that I had to wear earplugs overnight. Throughout these several days I noted a certain distress of the breakfast area, with queues for coffees, items not always available or timely refurbished. On the other hand, I noted a very attentive and quite numerous staff, but probably not accurately directed. Just my inexperienced impression.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!
