I had fairly high expectations when I got to this location, but unfortunately the standard was fairly low. It might be due to the fact that covid has affected this area. The maintaining of the hotel wasn't great. Our bathroom door was broken, the sofa pillows had dirty spots on them, the pool chairs are all covered in dirt, people were smoking in the elevators not taking it into consideration that there are a lot of kids here, and other people that doesn't want to inhale smoke for that matter.. I spoke to the reception about the smoking and they Confirmed it isn't legal, but they didn't have anyone to take care of the matter so nothing they could do if someone were to smoke. The swimming pools around as well as in the water park were all very cold, a lot of dirty pools in the water park too. Because of the cold unpleasant to swim unless it was very sunny. The Breakfast was a disaster. Too crowded with people and just very basic chinese food. We ended up only eating raw vegetables and fruit the one time we went. We were also told a bedrail or a crib would be arranged for our daughter, but that didn't happen. We ended up using the sofa in the room to create some sort of barrier to assure she wouldn't fall out the bed and hit the hard floor. The Restaurants around at the time all took 40 minutes or more to serve us anything, repeatedly forgetting drinks and dishes, despite the fact that there was barely any people there. The portions are fairly small as well and quite pricy considering. We ended up just ordering online instead from other restaurants. It was nice our Daughter had a big play place to enjoy at least, the large one they have on site indoors. Besides that, I do regret choosing this location. It was for our Daughter, but unfortunately not much around she could enjoy properly. The smell of urine when you walk around is a bit off putting as well, many kids pee on the streets, as well as right next to the roof top sandpit. I Understand it's hard to control kids needing to go to the bathroom, but because of this it would have been nice if the hotel chose to raise the standard of their overall cleaning. Also a little bit inconvenient that the rooms only have one chair on the balconies. Fairly quiet when you're in the room, that was nice the least.

Second time staying at the hotel. The hotel environment is very good and quiet. You can go for a walk in the yard after dinner in the evening. The room is also very clean. The breakfast is rich and only costs 48 yuan per person. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and worth recommending.

Great location. The hotel is about 30 minutes by car from the airport. The Sanya Bay beach is a few minutes walk across the road from the hotel. There are many shops near the hotel and it’s a 10-minute walk from a supermarket. Also you can find a lot of (mostly local) restaurants around. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant where you can enjoy hot pot with a wide choice of fresh seafood. My room had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The seascape during the day, evening and night is different and it is just mesmerizing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Sharon from the hotel’s front desk knows English well. She provided me with a quick service by WeChat during my stay at the hotel, which is important for me as a foreigner. The furniture in the room is not new, but it’s equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay there during a vacation. Throughout my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were very attentive and pleasant. Considering the above, my rating for this hotel is excellent! I highly recommend to choose a sea view room to completely enjoy your stay here :)

The hotel is clean and tidy, the environment is very good and comfortable, the service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, the facilities are complete, and the cost performance is very high. It is very suitable for business travel and I will stay there next time.

The room is large and clean. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and right next to a food street that has good seafood and bbq options which are affordable and delicious. The hotel also had some small convenience stores in the lobby which were very helpful. The breakfast is not great, to be honest. But this is still a great choice for a large, clean room in a great location for a very good price and a nice pool. We had an excellent stay and view from our balcony! We will be back!

There is nothing to say about the environment and location, but the details may need to be improved a bit: It's close to the airport, in Sanya Bay, and a taxi only costs about 11 yuan. A taxi ride from Yiheng Night Market is about 12 yuan, and it is a 2-minute walk from Sanya Bay. It is very close. Disposable items and mineral water are provided in the room. As an accommodation choice in Sanya, the price-performance ratio of more than 200 yuan is really amazing! The bad thing is that there is no hot water in the shower, and the toilet exhaust fan and light are integrated. The exhaust fan may be too loud due to aging, which is annoying. All in all, a very honest review

Banyan Tree, my home away from home ❤️ This was one of our best trips all because of the incredible facilities and services that Banyan Tree offers. You are treated like royalty from the moment you enter the grounds till even after we left. We forgot 2 items in our villa and the amazing ladies have shipped it back to us. The ladies at the front desk were amazing the buggy drivers were so helpful and the spa was incredible!!! We didn’t get everyone’s names but Acco on reception, Summer and Anna in the spa were some of the kindest hosts. Every staff member we interacted with, was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall Banyan Tree is a 12/10. The hotel wins for us in all the small details like our welcome gifts, fresh fruit daily, daily pool cleaning and fresh towels and robes. The one and only feeling I have that isn’t 100% positive is the food prices at the hotel. Just be prepared for expensive food, especially if you want steak.

The room has complete entertainment facilities, including a video game console and movies. It feels like a party, very suitable for friends to hang out. Seven or eight people are no problem. The upper bunk bed can be padded with another layer, it is a bit hard.

The hotel is located in a tranquil bay where there are very few people. There are practically no waves in this bay even in bad weather. This allows you to swim without any problems. At the same time, you can get to the city center, markets, or shopping centers from the hotel by a very cheap taxi (from about 15 yuan) in 10-15 minutes. Or you can go out and have lunch or dinner in local cafes nearby. The hotel territory is large, where you can calmly walk and admire the views. There is a swimming pool and a cafe where you can eat and enjoy cocktails. Breakfast is organized as a buffet with a variety of dishes, where everyone can choose what they need. The rooms are very clean (cleaned twice daily) and have everything you need for a comfortable stay - robes, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and much more. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Surprise, it's really a treasure hotel! From booking to check-in, every link makes people feel very comfortable. The decoration style of the hotel is simple but stylish, and every detail reveals a sense of design. The room is clean and tidy, and the sound insulation effect is also very good, so you can sleep peacefully at night. What impressed me most was the hotel's service, whether it was the warm greetings or the meticulous care, it made people feel very warm. Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is also very good, with rich and diverse dishes and great taste. In short, this stay experience was perfect, and I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I look forward to coming again next time!
