Great option close from São Paulo for families with kids and pets who enjoy spending some time close to the nature. The pousada offers nice accommodation rooms if you enjoy bringing your pet with you. The restaurant of the pousada is also a nice option.

Stayed with my wife for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. We went to the many available hikes nearby during the early morning, and stayed at the hotel during afternoons and evenings at the pool, drinking at the café, dining at the restaurant, or just chilling by the fireplace. The hotel facilities are great for families. The restaurant is amazing, and perhaps the best in town. We had breakfast and dinner every day, and we loved it. A rich selection of dishes that you can choose from during the stay that were a delight before going to bed. We unfortunately had a problem with our vehicle, and the hotel manager was very eager into helping us solve it, going the extra mile. Hope to come back in the future, maybe with kids next time.

A pousada tem uma vista muito boa, quartos ok, chuveiro bom, não tem ar condicionado, nos dias quentes é bem desconfortável. A limpeza não é muito boa, café da manhã razoável Tem uma trilha pequena, mas boa para uma caminhada leve. Boa localização.

Estava de passagem por São Bento e fiquei na pousada ja pela terceira ou quarta vez. Ela é muito simpatica, honesta e bem localizada. Nela tem um pequeno memorial da revolução de 32 com artigos da história e fotografias. Lá foi uma região onde aconteceram as batalhas.

Exuberante, inesquecível. Vista estonteante das montanhas e pedra do baú. Quartos confortáveis com lareira. Excelente atendimento. Recreação infantil todos os dias em alta temporada. Serviço de arrumação e limpeza muito caprichosos. Há muitas atividades dentro da pousada, piscinas, jacuzzi, sala de jogos, brinquedoteca, trilha, heliponto que é um verdadeiro mirante da pedra do baú, dois ateliês de artesanato local e um café, muito aconchegante. Um chaveiro com alto volume de água quente. Quarto com vista pra pedra do baú.Tirolesa. Uma ponte de madeira suspensa incrível.

Só não dei 5 por três motivos. 1° o estacionamento é longe dos chalés q fiquei, cheguei a noite cansado descareguei as malas perto do apto e tive q levar o carro no estacionamento escuro e voltar p chalé a pé. 2° pelo valor da diária o café poderia ser melhor. 3° colchão do chalé 22 está na hora de trocar.

Visitamos o heliponto da pousada, e que vista incrível, vale sim a visita na pousada, e ir para o Mirante incrível, apenas vá e desfrute cada minuto na cidade.....se não for hospedar, quando fomos, a porta fica aberta para a visita no Mirante (heliponto).

Opção de primeira linha em São Bento do Sapucaí. Excelente infraestrutura, atendimento eficaz, proporcionado por equipe bem treinada. O ponto alto consiste na visão privilegiada da Pedra do Baú e a área de lazer, com muitas opções . As acomodações atendem às necessidades do visitante; e embora sem ar condicionado, conta lareira e ventilador nos quartos e um eficiente sistema de aquecimento de água, proporcionando um banho bem confortável. O restaurante integrado à Pousada , funciona de quinta a domingo e é uma boa opção para quem ficar na Pousada para se alimentar. Café da manhã excelente.
